Everything, especially the service. Very good throughout from reception to restaurant to spa.
The coffee at breakfast was not good. It's the only thing that let the whole experience down, fractionally. Hot chocolate came out of the machine instead of cappuccino!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and its facilities, given that it is 3-star. The spa area in particular is excellent. Room very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard daily. Lovely breakfast with a wide variety of options; large and comfortable bar/lounge area for relaxing. All staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious ski room with heated lockers.
As ever, we could have made use of more storage in the room, but this is a minor point.

We loved the Savoyarde - a really cosy friendly hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were perfect, breakfast incredible, we loved the Spa and I had the best massage. The bar was also brilliant. And the raclette evening!

Location close to 3 ski lifts suitable for all abilities. In centre of town. The staff were lovely. Room was cleaned well everyday.
Room and ski locker entry were by key. Very old fashioned and frustrating. Skiers come back at different times... Room next door to ours was a staff room. They all smoked.

The location of this hotel is wonderful for the centre of town, restaurants, buses and all the lifts. The beds are comfortable, the room clean and lots of cupboard space. The staff are polite and helpful. They provide L’Occitane shower gel, shampoo, bath robes and the bath towels are large. The breakfast is extremely good, with a huge choice.
The bathrooms are desperately in need of renovation. My bath, shower and tiles were very tired and the lighting poor. Fairly basic. This is not a complaint, more a suggestion.
