Parking and size of the living area.

Location is great. We really liked the apartment and the ski amenities. Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very practical with a good amount of storage.

The living room not having a proper sofá. Only had two single beds with pillows and chairs which was not comfortable to relax at night. Also having to put the password for the internet each time is a bit complicated and we couldn't use some devices properly on this type of internet. We didn't like the price of the cleaning and we found this request (separate from the fee already paid) a bit odd compared to other places we've stayed when we travel.

The chalet is only about 150-200 metres uphill from the ski lifts and you can ski right from the front door. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine with a good range of cooking utensils (photo attached of the roast dinner we were able to prepare). Not to mention dishwasher and washing machine. The main cleaning products were provided as were a few culinary essentials (milk, salt, sugar, jam, coffee and tea). YMMV with these so I recommend asking the landlady or bringing your own. The landlady was wonderful and her English is excellent. She really went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay but wasn't at all intrusive unless we asked for her help. I believe she lives upstairs. The chalet has ski lockers and a lift but you'll either be on the ground, first or second floor anyway. Each room is slightly different but mine had one bedroom and an ample lounge diner. The balcony had a great view of the ski-lifts so you could check weather conditions very easily. Bedding and towels were provided and we were able to keep the room warm and cosy at all times.

The only defect I could find was the WiFi which was heavily throttled against streaming videos and, with TV channels only in French, made it very difficult for my children to entertain themselves in the long winter evenings. I imagine that this is not the only hotel that does this so be prepared by downloading a few videos before traveling wherever you end up staying.
