La ubicación inmejorable. Que tenga parking justo debajo. El desayuno muy bien. Las habitaciones muy amplias.
Por poner un pero, el tema de ir al baño... es cristal biselado a rayas y poca intimidad... habrá a gente que no le importa pero para mi es importante.

Hotel très bien situé cœur de la ville, au pied de l'artère principale. Chambres spacieuses et propre. Petit déjeuner très varié..
Je n'ai pas apprécier de payer les taxes de séjours de mes amis. J'avais réserver 6 chambres car nous étions 12 personnes. Quand nous avons rendus nos clefs on a tous demander si nous devions quelque chose et on nous a bien spécifier que NON... Or toutes les taxes de séjour m'ont été prélevé. Or je n'avais pas donner ma carte bancaire. J'ai payé via booking.com... Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié...
L'année dernière j'avais déjà choisi cet hôtel et nous avions tous payer nos taxes de séjour de façon individuelle même si j'avais également réservé plusieurs chambres.....

La situació
Calefacció centralitzada altíssima vem dormir amb la finestra oberta a ple mes de desembre perquè ko es podia dormir. Es van descuidar de fer l’habitació un dia i un altre dia eren les 14:00 i encara no l’havien fet.

Super clean, tidy and all that. Really great location on the main strip. Fantastic for the price, although we went in May and booked early so might change for snow season. breakfast was great with a pretty good variety although only available for 2.5 hrs from memory. We had a lovely time! our room had a cute little view of the mountains which I just loved to look at! Highly recommend staying here for an affordable fuss free time!
Our room the bed seemed small maybe a double, but we are just used to bigger. I believe it’s what’s listed anyways, with some places you never really know what you are heading into.

This place is a Premier Inn type of spot, everything basic but as it should be.
Motorbike / Car parking is under the hotel and is charged extra, there are also no overnight facilities to buy water etc, so do stock up before closing time

Good location, right in the shopping center. Updated and clean hotel and rooms. We were assigned a room with an internal connection to the room next door, perfect for staying with the kids.
Breakfast despite having several options, it is a bit industrialized.

Helpful reception. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Well situated to the “Shopping mile” and other major city landmarks.
Finding the hotel and the entry to the carpark was tricky - I should have put more effort into planning. The cost of parking is at the top end but is unavoidable in this city.

Location was great right in the center of town and breakfast was great
Parking and getting to the parking was a nightmare, not easy to find and direction came after we had already arrived. The bathroom had glass doors and glass walls which were only partially frosted which is not an ideal place for a toilet....

No kettle/coffee/tea in the room. Car park is tight if you have a big car. Parking €18 per night is expensive 😣

Functional rooms with all facilities one may need for a short stay. The hotel is also close to the shops which is ideal if the purpose of the trip is shopping.
The bed was too small and the doors weren’t sound-proof. We could hear noise from the halls. The window overlooked an old and dingy courtyard. Zero view which made the room feel a bit claustrophobic.

Modern, clean hotel in the middle of Andorra La Vella. spacious rooms & a good breakfast.
Reception staff were not particularly helpful. After parking got in wrong lift from car park, and this took us to wrong side of the building. Had to make our way back down stairs to ground floor etc etc. This on a really hot day when we could have done without it all! Building work going on in adjacent building so lots of noise in the breakfast room as all the windows were left open.

Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of different options. All the alternative milks were available, which was good.
Only one coffee machine was operating and it was a little busy. More fresh fruit and vegetables.

The service, the staff where helpful and accommodating… any issue had a solution and where understanding about unforeseen delays during checkout. The room was clean, stylish, and more than I expected given the price… but it was the breakfast that was the highlight… worth getting up for!!!
