The room was nice and the ac worked well. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was extremely close to the tub and the rooms are kind of a maze.

Air condition didn’t work

Nice airport hotel which had everything we needed, including a free shuttle to and from the airport. We were impressed by the quality of the service. The staff were all ready to help.

Only downside was the noise from the highway, which was clearly audible on the third floor. Perhaps one could ask for a room on the other side of the building.

La Limpieza, la amabilidad de Jesús y de la niña que limpia el apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, está muy bien dotado, los muebles son confortables y están en magnífico estado.

La chapa de la puerta de entrada es aterradora. Muy difícil de maniobrar y el apartamento queda cerrado a medias, es poco seguro.

La televisión no es smart TV y no se puede ver Netflix ni nada del estilo

El baño tiene tina, la verdad ya a estas alturas por seguridad debería ser al nivel del piso. Mis papás son tercera edad y súper complicado para que puedan usar la tina. No tenía amenidades, deberían tenerlas pues el hotel es para viajeros de 1 o 2 noches como máximo que por temas de seguridad en el aeropuerto no podemos llevar amenidades como pasta dental o líquidos a la mano. El hotel es básico. Bien como para una noche de pasada por Madrid con vuelos temprano al siguiente día,

The staff was incredibly friendly and the waiter and food in the restaurant is very good for a conference hotel.

The pool was closed and we were not even able to use the beds around the pool. The distance to visit the center of Madrid is quite far and you need to take bus or taxi to nearest metro and a lot of stops with the metro to reach the city.

Room floor was sticky, funky smell, cigarette burns on furniture, smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, carpet in hall ways had stains, cleanliness was not great.

This was a perfect place to stay for my long layover, to have a free 24h airport shuttle and flexible check in time (my flight landed at 4 am!). They also allowed me to check out a little bit later so I was able to rest well before my next flight. The room is very comfortable, they provided robes and slippers which is a nice touch. I was very happy with the stay. Meant to check out the fitness center but I rested in the room instead. :) They were super responsive over message on the app.

We stayed here as we had a flight out next morning so inclusive airport transfers were appreciated, staff were helpful at checkin and the restaurant had good well-priced food for dinner. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool in the afternoon with a friendly lifeguard on duty & sunny or shady spots available poolside

The hotel is close to the airport, there is a dependable free shuttle to/from airport, breakfast is above average, & there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

There is really nothing to not like. I cannot say there is something wrong with this particular hotel. I can only mention that if you want to do into Madrid itself, you need to arrange transport. But, we only use it for overnight stays at MAD Barajas.

Chairs in rooms were horribly designed and uncomfortable. Hard to find the entrance.

Just one inconvenience, to call the hotel to get the shuttle bus. The phone line sent on the internal message was not working. I had to find a WhatsApp number to contact the hotel.
