La ubicación inmejorable!!! Excelente!! El aire acondicionado muy bien regulado La habitación muy cómoda y el ascensor siempre funcionó. Personal de recepción y cafetería amable.

Great central location, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find with Quinconces tram stop nearby, easy to explore the city on foot or by metro from this hotel, tourist info office nearby and a short walk to the riverfront.
To be fair it was a very enjoyable stay, the rooms aren’t the biggest but more than adaquate for a couple, we’d definately stay here again

The room was EXCEPTIONALLY small and outdated, and stiflingly hot - No heating was on, but it was incredibly uncomfortable

Das Hotel wird offensichtlich von paar Jungs geleitet, die alles ein bisschen zu locker sehen. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock. Meine Freundin und ich kamen um 22.30 zurück, die Jungs sassen lustig da, der Lift ging nicht. Ich bin 81 Jahre alt und musste 5 Stockwerke hochlaufen. Angeblich würde er am Morgen wieder gehen. Er ging natürlich nicht und wir mussten wieder runterlaufen. Ein junger Mann holte die Koffer. Frühstück sollte bis 10.30 Uhr möglich sein, ging leider auch nicht, war nichts mehr da. Alle Jungs äußerst freundlich aber völlig ungeeignet, ein Hotel zu leiten. Schade. Werde dort nicht mehr buchen. Auch keine Reduktion für all die Unannehmlichkeiten. Ein Kaffee und ein Tee 8.20 Euro...... einfach alles zu teuer. Habe leider die Rezensionen erst hinterher gelesen. Lift scheint ständig auszufallen und Verpflegung viel zu teuer.

Personnel très attentionné et appliquant constamment les meilleurs efforts de politesse. Il y a toujours eu quelqu’un à l’accueil. L’hôtel était très calme, on se sentait en sécurité et la literie était très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est très abordable.

The hotel is very central, walkable to all sightseeing and only 50 yards from the Tourist office. The room was adequate for two people

The hotel is a classically French Hotel - an old building with character that has been 'refreshed' she time ago. Some elements were 'tired' and overall it could do with another refresh, but it was clean & comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally placed.
Our room was quite noisy - but given its central location that could be expected.

The location is excellent: next to the Grand Theater and to place des Quinconces, yet it is quiet and not too expensive. The staff was very helpful, finding a free room before the normal check in time, so that we could get in earlier.

The location of the hotel was perfect for accessing sights
The hotel was shabby , staff were not particularly helpful and the quality of the breakfast was poor

Great location and very clean room. The room was equipped with everything we could have needed and the hotel doors are open 24/7.
Parts were a little dated. For example, the carpet throughout the hotel was very worn. It didn’t give a good first impression whilst walking to the room.

Staff could use more training. Was there a week and bed sheets never changed.
They always bother you everyday and dont let you sleep. But rooms are only read at 2pm...

Internet didn't work most of the time. The receptionist was lying to me and said it is working!
Airco didn't work the first night. it was impossible to sleep. the next day it was working just a bit... but the air was still not fresh in the room.
Continental buffet breakfast were included. However, it was not buffet. Even I was not allowed to have the 2nd coffee with milk! The waiter said that I have to pay extra.
