Hervorragende Lage für Nichtautofahrer sehr nahe an Bahnhof, Dom und Altstadt. Das Personal in der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mein Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und sauber.

In meinem Doppelbett (!) Zimmer gab es nur eine (!) Sitzgelegenheit, und dieser kleine Sessel ließ sich nicht einmal vollständig unter dem Schreibtisch hervorziehen. Als Doppelbettzimmer ist der Raum viel zu klein!

Parkplatz war zu weit weg

Sehr schöne und ansprechende Einrichtung in der Lobby und Frühstücksbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sonderwünsche an der Bar wurden auch erfüllt! Alles sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Tolle zentrale Lage und trotzdem Ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

El desayuno no lo probé, la ubicación extraordinaria.

La regadera es mini. Se moja el piso del baño al abrir puerta de regadera al salirse de bañarse.

Tren garına, köln dom a ve alışveriş caddesinin tam ortasında harika bir konuma sahip. Odalar inanılmaz temiz, sadece çok küçükler ancak sadece uykuya gittiğimiz için rahatsız etmedi.

Fön makineleri çalışmıyor.

Chambre très petite. J’avais l’impression que je dormais dans un placard. Les produits pour le Petit déjeuner à améliorer .

Fantastic location, all the major attractions are in walking distance, good breakfast at the hotel. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The pillows were very worn out, too soft. I had to ask for a second pillow to get the necessary support to sleep but even with that it made no difference.

We loved everything about this hotel, staff, location & rates. Would return in a heartbeat!

Das Bett war Bequem und das Buffet war zufriedenstellend

Hinter dem Nachttisch war dreckig. Der Schreibtisch hatte fett flecken und die Silikon Dichtung der Dusche ist lose.

Os funcionários fingem que vc não entrou no hotel pra fazer check in.... Desista de descansar depois das 7h porque o staff faz o maior barulho limpando os quartos ao lado inclusive entraram no nosso quarto conosco dentro. Quartos bem pequenos para o preço.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer im top Zustand, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliche Rezeption, gute Angaben für zwei mögliche Parkhäuser.

Leider war mein kleines Doppelzimmer (für meine Einzelnutzung) sehr klein. Daher Punktabzug für Comfort und Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Location was very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was excellent.

Exzellente Lage des Hotels direkt am Dom, ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Köln, absolut top gepflegtes Hotel + Zimmer, das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr fein, Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr bequemes Bett, geräumiges Bad, TV, Safe ohne Gebühr, das Zimmer verfügt über eine sehr angenehme Beleuchtung, Schreibtisch auch vorhanden, am Morgen erwartet Dich ein äusserst leckeres Frühstück !!! Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen !!! Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !!!

Great central location. Friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast options. Comfortable bed and soundproof windows. Clean facilities. Family friendly.

Parking was a little difficult to navigate but once we found the underground garage it was only a short walk to hotel. Parking was €12 per 24hours which I thought was reasonable.

In meinem Nichtraucherzimmer hat es sehr nach Zigaretten gerochen

Besonders die Lage direkt am Dom ist sehr günstig.

Very central location. Our junior suite terrace was a wonderful bonus with views and outdoor seating. Our relative also had a small balcony and views from their room. Very comfortable bed and room, with good hanging space, seating space and clean modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and responded to requests.

Had to visit the bar to collect tea to take to the room instead of room service. It would be wonderful if a kettle could be provided in the rooms. The staff were polite and helpful.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Pretty basic amenities. One very slow elevator, we did take the stairs instead of waiting. Pricey for what it offers.

We had booked this hotel but were moved to the Residence, just round the corner. It was an ok stay but the change of hotel did cause us a few problems. Maybe take the hotel off Booking.com, or at least show no availability if it is going to be closed!!!!

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Spacious and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, and a very quiet room facing the rear of the property (like our first stay here last year). The location is excellent, and the hotel is peaceful despite the great location. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

We stayed here exactly a year before this visit, and thought everything was great, so we booked it again. However, our stay last year was about €80 and this year it was €130. I know prices have increased everywhere, and I am sure that €130 is still competitive, but it's rather a lot of extra money to pay for what is a very nice and comfortable hotel, rather than a luxurious one. I would still stay here again in the future, but would check that is it competitive in terms of price first.

The location is absolutely perfect - you can walk everything from here. I loved the fact there was an option for single travelers (single bed room) which made it more affordable than other hotels. The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable to start your day with a pretty neat choice for breakfast.

I thought the music on during breakfast was too intrusive and the type of music made it feel like there was a fitness class ongoing behind the breakfast bar. Perhaps the music can be turned off, or switched and turned down? Apart from this I have no suggestions, it was lovely.
