Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer geräumig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral.
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, super in die Jahre gekommen und dazu noch sehr dreckig. Es kann nicht sein, dass man jedes Gespräch an der Rezeption mithören kann. Die Ausstattung hatte ihre Höhepunkte vor etlichen Jahren. Zusätzlich war es noch super dreckig, am schlimmsten das Bad. Rund um die Toilette war schon eine eingebrannte Pfütze zu sehen. Der Preis war für dieses Zimmer schon sehr frech.

Die Lage in der Stadt und die Nähe zur Messe sind top. Das war der Grund für meine Buchung. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich, der Checkin und Checkout gingen sehr zügig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, der Preis dafür nicht.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein, das Kopfkissen war eine Katastrophe. (Irgendwann muss man sowas eben mal austauschen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht so toll. Am Boden lagen viele lange schwarze Haare, speziell im Bad, die WC Bürste war eklig, zT Schimmel in den Fugen an der Dusche. Die Duschtür liess sich nicht richtig schließen, dadurch war dann Wasser am Boden. Beim Frühstück kippte mir der Tisch. da ein Fuss ab war. Alles in allem sind es die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die nicht zum Preis passten.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Charme der 70'er Jahre. Ziemlich abgegriffen und keineswegs den Preis wert.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating since I was not travelling for pleasure and had a very strict and long schedule. They also provided arrangements for an excellent service to the airport on a tight schedule. The location is exceptional towards park, rehab clinics and downtown.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and provided wine glasses when thy saw we sere carrying a bottl, booked a great restaurant for our dinner and directions to a great parking spot.

Quiet room, comfortable bed
We were asked if we would like breakfast. If we had booked it via booking.com it would have cost 10 euros each. The man at the desk tried to charge us 20 euros each! For a buffet breakfast! Then got cross because we refused to pay that much. The description on booking.com said the breakfast buffet was complimentary so somebody needs to decide exactly what is on offer and how much it is. 40 euros for 2 breakfasts??? I think not!

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Gave us a room upgrade for free for no reason and booked our taxi for us. The room was huge and was clean, comfortable, and more than worth the price.

The rich and beautifully displayed breakfast buffet featured all kinds of food. Especially I, as vegan, was happy to find a variety of plant-based milk, a lot of different fruit, seeds and dry fruit. The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! The staff is ready to help with all kinds of questions and problems, they are simply amazing!

Fantastic breakfast, great variety and excellent value. Location is central with parks and shopping on your doorstep. Our room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Every staff member was welcoming, polite, helpful and went over and beyond to make our stay an pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great breakfast for an additional cost. Coffee in the room was welcome. Liked the home like appearance and all those lovely plants. Shower was invigorating.
Staff were excellent- great given we are recovering from a Covid shut down.
Lift was a bit small.
