Location in Homburg.

Smoking place in front of balcony. Fresh cigarette smoke at 01:00 in the morning. Plus conversation. Can not recommend, unfortunately.

Staff was nice, nothing else., Also it's quite near from city center, it's a old property, I'm giving points only good nature of staff.

Honestly I'm very disappointed with my stay many reasons as below. 1) Room was very tiny only 10' x 6' including bathroom for EUR 108/night, (2) no air conditioner in temperature of 26 degrees & above, (3) no cleaning in 3 days (4) Light was only at door. (5) mattress was very uncomfortable & I couldn't sleep at all on 3rd night (6) Breakfast was Euro 10 but very limited basic food & coffee. Maybe other rooms are better but if you have choice for tiny room, my suggestion is to find another one.

breakfast dishes not replenished. Luke warm water in a thermos not good enough to make tea.

The hotel was in a great location for the Kurpark and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

No coffee in room

The location is superb, directly in the Kurpark near the center of the town. People in the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is tasty. This is a historical villa, so one should not expect an elevator.
