staff were great, spa was large, food was good

cold, there were no toiletries in bathroom other than soap, just one pillow per person on the bed, the hotel looks dated and in need of a good clean and revamp.

3 cobwebs in the room. dirty curtains. Small uncomfortable pillows.

Nice location. Good food. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No problems at all. Large parking but a little distance to the town center. The restaurant has good food.

The restaurant staff was a little slow and hard to understand. Beside that the hotel is fine. No other things to complain. A little far from town center.

Very child friendly with indoor play hall. Great spa facility. Excellent breakfast. Staff is good at speaking English.

We would have liked bigger and separate bedsheets in our room.

I know this hotel from years - unfortunately throughout the year it has change very much. it used to be wonderful

the food on half bord was terrible/ the restaurant very poor/ the tables looked very bad like eating in a milk bar not a restaurant/ the swimming pool used to be very nice.. elegant/ serving you tea after your massages etc- now it’s terrible they don’t even light it up- so its dark/ smells bad- really I am heartbroken beacouse we know the hotel for years… will not visit anymore

Spa pool was great, the kids loved it. Food was also very good. A beautiful hotel next to a beautiful town. The room was comfortable and cot was provided as requested.

Carpets had a few bad stains, and the wall paper had been damaged, just needs a little maintenance but it didn't spoil our stay.

The pool was a bit cold and was dirty on the grates around the pool. Two out of three days, there were no towels available at the pool.

Very good restaurant with live piano music

Swimming pool is a big jacuzzi well it's fine but water was very cold for a jacuzzi, I lost the concept of relaxing. Couldn't stay more than half an our with my child
