El hotel es correcto, está limpio y te dan libertad para hacer el check-in a casi cualquier hora. El desayuno es tipo bufé: variado y con productos de calidad.

La habitación es pequeña, especialmente el baño que resultaba muy incómodo (no podíamos ni poner el neceser de viaje por falta de espacio). El trato es un poco impersonal, pero quizá se deba a que apenas vimos a nadie por la llegada tardía al alojamiento.

Not much.

The room became cold after the staff had left, leaving the reception unmanned. The advert was misleading, as I stayed in an annexe to the right of the main building, not the building I expected. Satnav did not find the hotel, as the address on Booking.com did not match the address on site. Thankfully, a very kind Spanish gentleman and his family, travelling from Bilbao helped me find the hotel, which did not display the name of the hotel on the building, he said, he was struggling to find the hotel too.

The area was very scenic.

The bathroom was small & tired - the door was damaged due to water from the shower. At breakfast there were half a dozen flies on the food and even one in the hot milk. We booked the room and found out later that there was no restaurant service because the hotel had other events on.

Location. The girls who served us breakfast was very kind and helpful. The tranquility of the Place.

The phone in the room was not working. I requested an Iron and they did not have one. At night there was no restaurant and no room service and neither a fridge in the room to keep beverages could. More than once we could hear wall neighboors talking and they could here us.

Lovely quiet location. Price wasn't too bad.

We had to wait a while to check in and there weren't really any staff to support us, just what seemed like a waiter telling us "here's the key and the restaurant is not open in the evening". For me, beds were hard (I may be more sensitive to this than some)

The location was nice.

Difficult staff. Too many restrictions on access to facilities. The restaurant was closed for dinner. Terrace and bar closed and staff were unwilling to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was not provided because we had not previously booked it even though there appeared to be plenty of room. We couldn't even get a coffee on the terrace in the morning. Thankfully there was a great cafe and restaurant in the village down the road which saved us.
