Great location right on the square, easy check in. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful roomwith high ceiling and huge window. Comfortable bed and we had no trouble finding free parking in a nearby street.

The main room door opened directly onto the shower, it was a very odd layout with no bathroom door. The air-conditioning didn't keep the room cool, even when turned right down. The breakfast was bit average.

In the center of the village. Breakfast was great. View from window of the village square. We are happy it was mid week because we had our window open to sleep, and the square was quiet.

Warm in the room even for the end of March but we personally like a cool bedroom to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay and the hotel was excellent. The staff were super, especially the barman who entertained our son and us with amazing magic tricks. The patio for drinks was just right for a relaxing drink. The hotel is close to some bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The location on the plaza was fantastic. My wife and son thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatments. Would definitely stay again if we get the chance.

Limited parking near the hotel. Spa treatments were quite expensive. The gym was neglected and in need of renovation.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean and well appointed.

There was no food being served in the evening at the hotel and we struggled finding somewhere to eat with the kids as most of the places in the area were bars not resteraunts.

Friendly receptionist

Terrible bed & pillow, as well as shower facility. The sound of rain was very load. The room was really dark with poor lighting. There was no dinner available in the hotel on which we were timely notified, however we failed to find it in the whole village. The bartender was inexperienced and not willing to serve clients.

outside of the building is beautiful.. rooms are very outdated, no proper lightning in the rooms.bed is rather basic. carpet super cheap and misses parts. spa comes at an additional charge although very present in the advertising.it was not accessible when we were there(closes at 20h)

Good location and friendly staff with the added value of the SPA. For a problem with the locals we got an extra discount!

The restaurant is not at the level of a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was poor and full of industrial products. Locals have the barbaric habit to get drunk under the windows of the hotel during the weekend nights. They listen to music at high volume. sing, fight etc… and the local authorities??!! It’s a pity!!!

Orduña has a very beautiful centre

The inner walls are just partitions which don't isolate sound and if your bed is against it, it is moved by the moves next doors. Personally we decided not to do the thermal because the hotel does not ask / check the Covid Certificate.
