The air conditioning unit was not working. They had to re-set the A/C unit and come up to the room to verify why the unit was not running. It looks like someone hit the "mode" button previously causing the unit to be set on heat instead of cool. After a few hours of struggling, the night shift attendant was able to figure out why the A/C did not start on. Finally, I was able to go to sleep comfortably.

Pillows were hard and uncomfortable Noise from planes, road, people, lift, door slamming. Not a restful night. No sleep before a very early start. Location - having to go out of your way in the opposite direction to get to the airport. Need to be more transparent on Booking. com.

The room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The location is good, close to the airport and I had a room at the back away from the road noise. The staff at reception were nice.

The shampoo, shower gel and soap were THE WORST I have ever experienced. POOR quality, impossible to open in the shower when your hands are wet and not enough shampoo to wash a ladies hair. I brought my own conditioner, if I hadn’t done that my hair would have been a mess. Why not have a dispenser fixed to the wall? It would be great if you could get a road to the airport because driving away from the airport is bad on the morning when there is an accident on the motorway. Getting off at the next junction down is confusing…!

Convenience to airport. Comfy beds 24 hour food.

Taxi hotel booked me ripped me off. Thought I didn't know the area and was going all around the houses to take me a 7 min journey to the airport. Challenged him in Spanish after 12 mins. Made an excuse about the freeway being closed. (Wasn't the night before when I arrived). Ironically switched his metre off after that 5imins from his route to the airport! Message to hotel Don't book your buddies for taxus. Some of us can suss you!

So easy to get to from the airport, plenty of parking and open 24 hours so if your plane is delayed no problem. Easy to leave and get into motorway either to Murcia or Valencia. The room is comfortable for an overnight stay and has blackout curtains if you need to sleep in

I can't really say anything negative. It doesn't cost a lot for an overnight stay. Make sure you have water or buy at the cafeteria. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in room but drinks available downstairs. Air conditioning kicks in 15 minutes after turning on.
