The best hotel we stayed in on our week's cycling holiday in Mallorca. The receptionist could not have been more helpful or enthusiastic in make sure that our one night stay was memorable. Excellent pool (and my friend reports the spa also great) and fabulous restaurant - though the portion sizes did out-face us! The hotel is in a fairly remote location but was serene and peaceful with great views. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay here. It's the perfect place for relaxing and getting away. We loved the nature surrounding, just sitting on the porch outside the room was so relaxing. Bed is super comfy too. Pool and indoor spa also great and the staff are especially lovely. We hadn't especially planned on spending mostly all of our time here but in the end it was just so nice we spent all but one of our days here, and spent one day visiting Port de Soller. We spent ages trying to decide on the best place to stay whilst in Mallorca, definitely happy with our choice :)

Only thing I could note would be that if you are vegetarian (or mainly veggie) there are less options for you as mains on the menu & you should tell them before dinner if you want something veggie. There are veggie warm appetizers though and I personally eat fish too so it was ok for me but for others I can imagine it would be nicer if there was already some veggie options, rather than having to ask. However this may apply for pretty much anywhere in Mallorca / Spain!

Spacious and super comfortable room located in the middle of the quite mountain of Mallorca. Breakfast and dinners were just great!

Location is wonderful. Beautiful scenery in the Orient Valley. Many walking trails in the vicinity. The restaurant food was plentiful and good quality. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very pretty setting for the restaurant. Waiting staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very efficient staff. Reception staff have a great deal of patience, speak English well and are very friendly. The view from the superior room was wonderful, over the field of olive and fruit trees and the mountains in the distance.

The balconies of the superior rooms are adjacent to each other, so very close to other guests, however the balconies are very large and shaded.

the service was awful. the lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating, however the old man who was on service at your restaurant really has a disgusting attitude and really made our wedding party feel so unwelcome the morning of my friends wedding day. We were having breakfast with the bridesmaids and he would not even serve our party (apparently he kicked off with the receptionist as 3 of our girls did not stay at the hotel that evening, so they should not have been allowed at breakfast, although they were going to pay for this we were all getting excited for our friends wedding) this caused a lot of tension and upset for us that morning when we really did nothing wrong… he really needs sacking as he really is letting down your hotel and we would never stay there again.

The serenity, amenities, a fabulous get away from city life. The staff are amazing, extremely courteous. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited, I wish I could stay here longer.

The lack of good air conditioning in the room was a major problem. It was ineffective and spoilt our stay as the room temperature was too high.
