Friendly staff, close to shops and beach

Quite old, paint and parts of brick lacking from the wall, shower not great, the door window didn't close properly

The location was great as was the view from the balcony Reception area was nicely decorated and the rooms were clean and fairly comfortable Overall nice chilled stay in Can Picafort

WiFi was terrible kept dropping out no tea and coffee making facilities And the coffee machine in the reception was always out of order and when it was working coffee was undrinkabl

The location was perfect! Right by the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. However we came during off season so everywhere was closed apart from Burger King, a local kebab shop and a corner shop 1min walk from the hotel, which was great!! There’s a Lidls about a 15min walk. The hotel was clean and the balcony was lovely, check in and out was smooth and staff was polite and helpful. Definitely would come back, especially during the summer :)

The WiFi didn’t work at times

1) location!!! 2 mins walk from the beach; plenty of shops and restaurants around; 2) staff- very quick, efficient, very helpful; my flight was late so the reception team provided me with an access code to enter the hotel without any problems; very informative! 3) balcony- big balcony (with two chairs and a table) and still plenty of space; 4) heating/air conditioning- I didn’t have any problems with the temperature in the room because of the air conditioning working perfectly; 5) cleaning- ladies were coming to change towels and take out rubbish every day and change bed sheets every other day; very quick, polite and efficient!!! 6) good value for money!!! We know what we are paying for and this is exactly what we get!!!

1) it’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s just it would be easier to have it-small, cheap electric kettle; coffee machines were out of service so we needed to go out to look for a cafe (keep in mind that we were visiting Mallorca not in season so it was very hard to find anything open) 2) same situation with hair dryer- not a problem but would be easier and more comfortable to have it;

Localisiation was good . Staff also ok

Clean condischion was disaster, also problem wchit hot whater in the moring end aftenon. Very noisy neybor. Motel ist use for people who work in Majorka ( phisycal worker mously from East Europe), very noisy in the weekend specially. Air condition was very loud, end balkon dor didn't close at all. Table was total dirty .. inother words DISASTER, thank good we was only slipping there, end Majorka ist so nice island 😄

Good location

My first stank of cigarette smoke. After reporting this to reception I was moved to another room which was absolutely fine.

It was super close to the beach and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would certainly come back.

Only downside for me was the breakfast, but you cannot expect much more for 5,50€. All in all a wonderful stay :)

Beautiful view from the 4th floor balcony. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

There was't any blanket in the room just a sheet. I was cold the first night. I got a blanket next day.

No complaints for the price. Could have been better bed-side drawers & more clothes hangers. These are minor issues!

Great location very short walk away from the beach and shops, staff were very friendly and helpful very basic but good value for money.

Charlie's night club is on the corner and can be very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Personnel was nice and friendly Good proximity to restaurants and the beach Air conditioner at the lowest speed was really quiet, but maybe we were just lucky in our room.

Insects! As we checked in, we found a giant cockroach in our bathroom. Was a really nasty and scary experience. Afterwards, every time we came back to the hotel we would check the room for these monsters, this made the stay very unpleasant. Unbearable noise. The windows are letting almost all sounds through. If you have a sea view, you will soon hear a very loud disco down the street and some random people roaming and shouting and singing until 3-4 in the night. Not every night, I must admit, but more than half of the nights. Awful Wi-Fi, on the second floor it was not working properly. All days we were on the mobile internet. Cleaning? What cleaning? I mean, we stayed almost a weak, no wiping of the floors - only changing of the towels (and only if you are in the room at the time the lady knocks at your door).
