Good location clise to amenities and airport. practical, clean, functional.

Big apartment with all the necessary equipment for a short stay. Staff nice and helpful.

Some other guests had a party on Saturday night, acting as if they were home. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like to think that in a hotel/pension/shared building, you have to be respectful of the others. What would it be if everybody behaved this way??

Pleasant apartment. We only stayed one night.

It was clean.

The bed was too uncomfortable and hard.

You can sleep here, there is nothing much to it, that's it, you go, stay a night because it's cheap and close to the highway, then you leave the next day. The apartment has nothing, not even kitchen utensils really, it's just a quick cheap stay. At least there's a Burger King across the road.

Didn't really stay there to vacation or enjoy the stay, just needed a place to sleep really, it did the job.

It was clean, confortable room. Good location.

The employee of the reception when we arrived told us that breakfast was included. And it was not. next morning we went to the cafeteria and we thougt we didn't need to pay.. the employee came looking for us asking for the money. it was quite unecessary this... because we had read that breakfast could be bought on site and said that.. and the employee assured us that was included.... it was not nice at all...

Awesome value for money, option to park the car and close to the airport

Very basic

Proximity to bus stop, lidl, mercadona, and community pool. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early with our kids and the staff opened the disabled toilets to let us change our clothes and took our bags while we waited for our apartment to be cleaned. Our room was also cleaned daily which we didn't expect at all. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nice.

Would have liked more kitchen utensils, a kettle, and maybe a toaster. But we made it work.

For an amazing price, I got a multi-room apartment: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It was a cheap Uber ride from the airport and the staff were incredibly friendly!

I really can't think of anything bad to say. The location isn't ideal if you're wanting quick access the sights (although the metro is a 10 minute walk away so that's not really a problem).

Nice size apartment, very clean, good staff. 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro, Lidl & BK across the road. Secure underground free car park. All good

There are many missing things in the kitchen to make it really usable: no sponge and detergent for doing dishes, no knife, no kitchen towel or baking dish.

We were a couple with a small baby and the apartment was a perfect size with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and comfortable.

I would say the noise of the trains with the windows open but then my 15 month old baby thought it was the best thing and got very excited everytime one past.

The location very nice, the metro and bus stop very close to the hotel. The is Lidle and Makatdona supermarkets are only 50 metres from this hotel. THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, FRENDLY ESPECIALY LOLA(sorry if her name i said correctly). Also the Barajas hotel is very close.

Reception girl super kind, friendly, simpatic and helpful. Nice apartments. Lidl and Mercadona right in front. Good value for money.

It is cheap decently sized flat with good facilities that can serve as a stop on the way to somewhere if you were passing by. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station although some bus routes are closer.

There was no electric kettle in the kitchen. Also, the plugs to charge the phone were not close to the bed.

Excellent balance quality/price. Good location for easy access to the city. Staff helpful and attentive.

Ants on the floor eating something when we arrived. Quickly cleaned up. Restaurant closed for the duration of our stay.
