Cleaning fee 500 NOK although i was staying for 1 night only (same cleaning fee if you are staying for 1 month) I booked at geilo gaarden and when i reached the location there was no one there After looking around, a nearby hotel told me that the reception is in ostedalen hotel I went there and with no apology of not informing me that my booking was moved to another hotel they give me the key with Extra 500 NOK as a cleaning fee that was not mentioned also in my booking

Lady at the reception was friendly.

The accomodation was old, greasy, not well cleaned at all. Dishes were used and still greasy. Couch was greasy. Messy kitchen. Door to the outside could not stay open while taking your luggage in.

It is a huge apartman, excellent for bigger groups/families

To get the keys is simple,but not obvious

Linen and towels are never included even if booking day they are. So, we had to pay.

Everything was perfect for us. Grocery store was about 300m walk. And gas station too. Awesome apartments, clean and fully equipped.

The reception is difficult to find in case you missed the message from the property.

The location was good.

We woke up with headaches and stiff necks each morning due to the poor condition/quality of the pillows and mattresses. I can not accurately describe how awful the bed/pillow conditions were. The beds reported as full/queen were actually twin beds TAPED TOGETHER. If the tape became loose, the beds would move apart from one another. The broken shade in one of the bedrooms allowed sunlight into the room very early in the morning....cutting sleep by a couple of hours. The stipulations by the hotel regarding laundry (only wash and dry, not just wash) and the ABSURD COST of the laundry ($15.00 per load) is highway robbery. The dirty, stained sofas need to be professionally cleaned or replaced - they are gross.

Two bathrooms for a 4 room appartment. Nice kitchen and living room. There was a sauna which we didn't use.

2 of 4 rooms were with kids' beds. Not comfortable for adults. We could have moved the single person matresses but unfortunately the childrens' beds could not be stowed away. We did not get bath mats with our towels.

Wonderful accomodation. Very cozy. 5 minutes walk to Geilo and stores.

I miss WiFi

Very nice and big appartement. Good location. Good to park just outside the room. Nice to have opportunity to rent bedsheets and towels.

Early check out. There were few glasses, cups and plates for all the persons. There could have been some more equipment in the kitchen.
