La atención, la ubicación, la comida, la playa todo estuvo genial recomendado 110%, aparte me regalaron una cena en la playa super linda
La alberca de la playa estaba en construcción y la que estaba en el chapoteando a un lado esa se miraba muy muy sucia, la calidad del Internet no es buena eso sería lo único

The whole experience was a disaster . Filth everywhere. Noisy. Food horrible and the same menu for every breakfast.
THERE NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT IT.
HORRIBLE--worst experience ever. The room was dirty at every level. Tried to get them to clean and it was a maid who dipped her mop (that was filthy) into water--no soap and went over the rooms and never dipped into the water again. She just shoved the dirt around.
I complained to the only person who spoke English and he sent some else. Who cleaned in front of me. Better but it was never cleaned again.
YOUR COMPANY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. IT SHOULD NEVER BE RECOMMENDED TO AMERICANS OR CANADIANS. NEVER. I will NEVER us booking.com again.

the personal of the hotel needs to communicate better in the checking in I payed my hotel in advance and said that it didn’t appear I show them that it was changed in my bank but it didn’t matter because it showed un there paper that it wasn’t pay so I opened a abuchear because it was to late at night and had three kids with me and I was tired when I was in the room they call to say that when the put my information in the computer it said that yes the rooms were pay in advance the beds sorry to say they are very uncomfortable the room didn’t seem that clean when they went and clean it one of the pools the water seemed dirty

The scenery was lovely from our room
Because our room was right beside the elevator machine room, we had to listen to the very loud electrical contact switch whenever somebody called for the elevator resulting in lack of sleep.

Not much. Except front desk ELVIA who was excellent. Found us a new renovated room after we were dumped into a 'family' room
We upgraded to a family room but when we got there it was a dump. One of the few rooms that hasnt been renovated.
One front desk guy hung up on me twice as I was speaking English.
One day our room wasnt cleaned. At 5pm they sent housekeeping.
Beach facilities advertise kayaks to use but the one they had was 'broken'.

offer a place with beach or marina view, once there send as tower #4 which is across street , no marina or beach view very difficult with and elders!!

Nothing to do very boring it's for older couples there wasn't very many places to eat they were expensive also the beach was dirty no one cleaning or picking up trash on the beach it was gross

Breakfast was good, the kitchen staff was great. They had great options every morning, and it was tasty.
It's far away from the central location of Puerto Vallarta. I was under the impression it was close by, but the drive is 30-40 minutes and taxis are expensive. You might as well stay in the central area.

Breakfast was good and rooms in New building were Ok.
Rooms in old hotel part are horrible. Water is tripping from the roof and mold is everywhere. Worst rooms we have seen in a while. After complaining for half an hour they switched us to the new hotel building where the rooms are decent.
