The room we're a let down but they are new owners so are going to revamp the rooms over time. Just need to keep the cleanliness up a bit even before the revamp. Plus a carpet cleaner would help too But we would stay there next year

We were just staying overnight on our car trip. Bed was comfy. Bathroom fairly new. Towels good quality. Great English breakfast included plus coffee/tea/juice/cereal/toast etc. We were surprised because we thought we would have to pay for the English. Nice garden and courtyard for eating. A nice looking restaurant attached but no one was in there. We got an Indian take out three doors down.

At first quite a bit of noise because the Inn is over a pub but in all fairness it was Saturday night and a football match. Quietened down after a while. The rooms are what you pay for. Basic and cheap (for England). Water pressure a bit strange. Staff need to dust behind furniture. I moved one thing and trousers were covered in dust.

Breakfast is very good sets you up for day!

Room too small. No wardrobe or dresser. Ensuite fine except missing tile and shower tray extremely slippy (health hazard). Shower screen door needs easing, hard to close.

the room was very small the bathroom handle was broken and we got locked in the bathroom having to ask staff to get it open . the bathroom was so small and not much room to move the bed was the worst we have ever slept in ended up sleeping on the floor for part of the night . tv very small too small to watch really

The location was great for us visiting Longleat. The property was very well maintained. Fantastic value for money.

The team were really friendly and accommodating. Our stay was fantastic value for money and breakfast was included. Breakfast was lovely. Our room was large. I requested a twin room for my son and I and we had two double beds which were incredibly comfortable.
