Very nice and quiet place in nature. Well equipped apartment, clean and spacious. Very nice owner and staff.

Nice rural area, Ok kitchen, big windows, AC, helpful host, parking on premises. It is 5 min to the city and beach, but it is difficult to find parking. I would stay here again.

Road to hotel is very narrow, construction next door.

Tranquil setting in wooded valley but near enough to Bakio/Bermejo. Modern and well turned out apartments with plenty of facilities. Helpful and welcoming host.

The walls are slightly thin between apartments but in general this was not a problem and the overall setting is much quieter than options.

Remote place in the middle of nature but very close to the coast line. Very beautiful building and the rooms are stylish and luxurious. Nice bed / matterass, we slept very well. Nice bathroom. Nice welcoming.

Our room was a bit dirty unfortunately, spider and nets on the rooftop, insects. I guess this is part of a countryside stay :)

The studio flat was well equipped (hob, dishwasher, pans, crokery, microwave, fridge, tv). It was really nicely designed with quality materials. The mixture of exposed stone, wood and white walls is very restful. The views out to the countryside and of hte eucalyptus trees is also relaxing. I really liked having a short walk in the area - just to the garden behind and beyond the neighbouring farm: lovely seeing the eucalyptus and green and the small stream nearby. Relaxing and quiet! The bathroom was also nice, cleanly designed and spacious. Nice place to eat in the evenings and chill out. The lift was a good point too - for bringing in luggage or for anyone not so good on stairs. Interesting building as it is an old mill.

Various reviews mentioned the lack of sound insullation. Whilst we could hear steps from the floor above us, it was quite quiet and not disruptive. A small point: we only had a bed side table on one side of the bed, it would have been nice to have one on each side. You need a car really - I could be wrong but i couldn't see a way to walk into Bakio without spending some time walking on the country road into Bakio where cars can be quite fast. No problems parking. Up until end of August, it was 5 euros a day to park close the beach in Bakio, and free from start of September.

The apartment is small but very modern and spotless clean, fully equipped with kitchenware (including toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc). I really liked the quiet but convenient location, only 3 minutes by car (or 20 mins by walking) from nearby surf village Bakio. Best spot if you are planning to visit Gaztelugatxe (15 mins by car) or do some surfing.

The walls are a bit too thin, I could perfectly hear my neighbors.

Peaceful and beautiful place. The whole property has a simple, elegant and functional design. The studio was cosy and comfortable.

Although I have a very good impression overall, two aspects certainly can be improved: - poor toilet ventilation, especially the bad smell coming from the piping. - private balcony in the apartment.
