La habitación era amplia, cómoda y con salida al exterior muy agradable. La atención de Sarai fue genial, nos facilitó todo tipo de indicaciones y ayuda para disfrutar el triple de Bakio. El desayuno fue espectacular.

Hay bastante distancia andando a la zona de la playa y, dependiendo del tiempo, es recomendable coger el coche (20 min aprox andando ligeritos). Recomendaría poner alguna lámpara de mesa para tener una luz tenue.

The building is located just next to the street - however it was surprisingly quiet. No problem with car parking on the opposite side of the street. Very attentive and friendly staff. Truly nice breakfast served each morning with great coffee. Wi-fi was working fine.

As being mentioned - the building is just at the street - so if you have a room downstairs and you wish to either open a window or roll up the window-blinds - you won’t have any privacy.

Rooms were very stylish, well equipped and spotless. Access worked well.

A waste paper bin somewhere would have helped. Booking,com is not the best way to communicate if device charging is an issue (our continental plug adaptors did not work in Spain)

I loved that it was clean and tidy

it’s off season when we were there. so I thought after the stay if the prices were static on booking.com and did not reflect the season. Bakio was empty of tourist. but prices higher than other places. but we enjoyed the stay

The hotel is completely new, with excellent and cozy design. We’ve got comfortable and very clean room that had everything we need. Also I would like to highlight a very delicious breakfast, hostess was very attentive to us.

The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel is located right next to the road but it was very quiet (our room faced the backyard). The common dining area was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Our host Sarai received us warmly. We are very grateful to Sarai for giving us good advice on visiting Gaztelugatxeko Doniene and other cities in the Basque region. We had a great stay.

Beautiful design and building renovation

Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt as if they really cared. The interior of the building has obviously been repurposed by a professional. It's perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like. This is a very rare 10/10.

Room is spacious but bed is too near the toilet. The accommodation is new.

There were not towel hooks and no soap dish in toilet.

I liked the breakfast and the location. It's close to the beach and it has countryside atmosphere. Everything is brand new and cleaned. The room size was beyond my expectation. the hosts are kind and gave us good tips on what to do around ( Bilbao/Ruta San Juan)

They did not disappoint us so I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was amazing! The inside was super nice and clean and aesthetic. The code system for entering made the check-in and arrival process so easy. The host was so nice and helpful and very communicative over WhatsApp! The coffee machine was amazing (great coffee!) and having a fridge available was ideal! The room was very lovely and spacious. It was great to open the windows and the blinds were amazing! The provided shower gels and toothbrushes were a great touch.

We had a few suggestions (finishing touches): the bathroom needs a shower mat for the floor when you step out (so that the water doesn't stay on the floor), the shower needs a rack or hanger for holding soaps and shampoo/conditioner inside the shower, the bathroom and bedroom need some hooks for hanging towels or wet swimsuits, and a couple extra pillows would be ideal.

Parking on road may have been for sealing driveway? Hauling bags across road curious given large private lot. Spanish rules do not require whole passport be scanned. Worked out OK. Improve sign so lit or visible in daylight might help others.
