Location, staff, and cleanliness

Bed wasn’t that comfortable

perfect location, 10 min by walking to the city enter Khreshatyk. Room is quite big with huge panoramic windows. The only disadvantage is that reception is located right in front of the room's door so I didnt feel comfortable speaking on the phone when i know there are people who can hear everything. And the security guy often sits in front of the room's door on the sofa so in the beggining it was quite awkward to open the door and to see someone else but then you get used to it and fel secure :D But overall the staff is really nice and helpful, plus the guy helped me with a heavy luggage. Good choice for one person

- No parking in the area - it was in the 4th floor without elevator - no toilotries

There was no hot water in my room

The staff go above and beyond to help. Make you feel welcome. I had accident and the staff helped me in my hour off need even though it was very early hrs. Sauna in the room was wonderful

The lift broken so lot off stairs to 4th floor all time

Room was big and bright. Good view from window and friendly staff. Also metro and all kind of cafes was pretty close

There wasn't any sign of hotel outside so it was a little bit hard to find the place at first. Also there was smell from bathroom which was really uncomfortable if u don't close the door

Perfect location in a very center of the city and close to everything . 24/7 checkin

The elevator issue should be fixed, not viable if you have heavy luggage
