Rooms are comfortable with a good view of the city. The bed was surprisingly good - not too hard, not too soft - hence we got a relaxed sleep. The hotel is centrally located in Nungambakkam and hence most tourist spots were easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and kind in all situations.

Breakfast could be better. Idlis were awful, they were not even cooked properly. The bathroom does not have a wet/dry area separation and hence the entire bathroom gets dirty when one takes bath. They give you only two bottles of water per day, which is not sufficient at all especially in the Chennai weather. We had to order more water bottles on Swiggy to stay hydrated.

Location is fine. Room size is ok. Included breakfast is basic but fine.

Room smelled of smoke. Was not asked if I want smoking or non smoking room. Arrived at 11pm, no room service available. Water from shower was not draining properly, bathroom filled with water after shower.
