Good food

Slow service Maintainance was poor There was no hot water in first day The kettle was spoilt The safe was stuck would not open Repaired and replaced again did not work again replaced The shower knob was broken The flush wouldn't stop water continued to flow The intercom did not work one day In short the room was not checked and serviced before allocation I spent a lot of time attending to all these people who came to repair I had asked for a three pin connector which as per your staff was ordered but never arrived

Stay was good.

Breakfast options needs to be increase.

Fairly clean and decent property

Gentleman at front office whilst checkin was very unprofessional and condescending quite surprising for frequent travelers..

The room was good and the facilities offered were as per expectation. The location is prominent as well
