The service is amazing and the staff is polite. We had buffet and the food was scrumptious. Ria and Mamuni were really nice. Definitely looking to come back soon. 😊

1. They asked me to pay more than the amount quoted in booking.com. 2. They asked me to pay an extra 1500 for early check in, through they had agreed for 1000 earlier when enquired through booking.com earlier. 3. They are really bad especially the staff who are doing night shifts. Never go there during odd hours they will for sure take advantage of you beware!

breakfast was normal but sounds good, services needs to be improve as reaction of staff was not upto the mark, the location was prime, but simultenously the prices are high it must be in the range of 1500

staff training is must to perform service standard....... also while check in only hotel demanded the full amount whereas it must be at the time of check out only
