Spotless great location and very comfortable

Hotel gave us the second villa, the two villas near us can see us easily, the walls between us are about half meter, they can jump to our villa easily , no privacy at all, but for our good luck we were at the end of the season and the two villas were empty, we had our privacy and kids has no limits to shout and play in the swimming pool 🤗

House is big, beds are comfy, pool is great. House and pool were cleaned regularly.

Furniture and facilities were a bit old, however, the house has everything you might need for a pleasant stay.

The location is very good. Near the beach and markets. Pool. AC in every room. Large house with 2 toilets. The cleaning was good.

1. Several bed covers had stains on them when we arrived. We had to ask for new ones the first day. 2. Ants were everywhere in the house when we arrived, especially in the kitchen and one of the rooms where there was a hole in the wall, under the AC . We found ants in the clothes during our stay. One of their reponses for this was "dont put food outside", when we called the manager on the 2nd day. Also we got a general insect spray, and of course we couldnt use it inside the house, where we had children. 3. The washing machine made holes in our clothes, which we discovered near the end of our stay. We saw later that rough edges were exposed inside, because they had removed some plastic parts inside. 4. The "ironing table" was broken, and the "cover" for the table was disgusting. 5. There was no normal sized drinking glass cups, and some of cups looked so old. The eating plates were "sticky" dirty, and several of them had broken edges. Definately low standard. We asked several times for someone to come at look at problem 2 and 4, and nobody came. When we first pointed out some of the problems the first day after check in, their initial response was " you got the best villa of the three. If you want to stay somewhere else, its okay with us". Not very proffesional.

The pool. The space is huge and clean. Good A/C. Walking distance to 3 beaches. Cleaning lady was good. Good amenities.

Staff at Amethyst desk could be more helpful and friendly for assisting clients when they have queries.

It was such a nice villa, nice pool and the rooms were so clean and modern, there was even a balcony, it was right next to a supermarket and there were some restaurants and shisha lounges nearby

Not the nicest view and was not really close to the strip but I can’t complain, it was really good value for money and the place itself was so nice

We are COMPLETELY disappointed. Apart from the bad behavior of the owner who spoke to us sharply, imposingly, ironically and disparagingly, the house was a mess. The bathroom downstairs had no soap or towels, the TV did not work, the air conditions did not work properly, some of the pool beds were broken. There was no AC in the living room and the other air conditions barely worked . The door of one of the bedrooms was locked and did not open. Even though we asked for a technician to fix it, who came a little after, the owner told us that we broke it. We also discovered other problems such as the refrigerator which did not work properly. In the meantime, cleaners and technicians came and went in and out of the house without even knocking the door. The pool was also dirty. We ended up buying with our own money a swimming pool net to clean the dirty water. Also, the lights in the garden did not function. I want to highlight that in the kitchen despite the dirty dishes, there was also a dirty previously-used sponge and when I mentioned this to the owner she answered that we shouldn’t have use it as it was not for us. How is this even possible? During a global pandemic to left a pre-used sponge in a house ready to host people. It is also worth mentioning that when we booked the house some months before, the address and the telephone number given were wrong. Summarising, the hospitality was more than weak. The price does not match the quality.

The problems with the 4 bedroom villa was that the bedsheets were stained and that gave the feeling that they weren’t clean enough, wifi was terrible, and they didn’t have blackout curtains in the rooms so you couldn’t sleep after sunrise.
