Great experience, great facilities, great food and drink

Rooms seem dated

This hotel is a magical experience, I've never seen anything like it. Everything here is designed to keep you in Wow mode, the staff, I mean all the staff from receptions to waiters to cleaners to guest relationships are the nicest and most accommodating I've seen in a hotel. The beach, the waterpark, the pools, the landscape, gardens, water sports, paragliding, rooms, disco place, kids shows, unlimited food options quality, all of those earned an easy A+++ I'm just lost for words and I want to thank the management for the awesome job they've pulled off and the amazing memories they allowed us to form. I am definitely coming again and will highly recommend to everyone I know to visit.

Location was great in terms of views, it had a beautiful sunset and nice beach. There was a taxi stand right outside the property so one could explore the village easily. The entertainment programmes in the arena were quite good. They offered a decent Paraglididng service which landed conveniently at the hotel but prices were steep specially if photography was included.

the buffet was elaborate but there were too many flies which could have been better managed. there were barely any common air conditioned areas except the lobby which wasn’t big enough and mostly swarmed with people checking in and out and their luggage. The rooms shown in the pictures do not reflect the standard rooms category which are too basic and do not qualify as 5 stars. there was too much moisture in the rooms and bathrooms again very basic and disappointing. The water from the sink took too long to drain. there is little attention to detail. There were dumpsters outside some rooms in each block. We were initially allotted one such room which we refused to accept so they changed it. We were so disappointed with the rooms that ee were willing to pay for an upgrade to a deluxe room but the hotel was fully booked so didn’t accommodate the request. Rooms are far and often require uphill trek so gets inconvenient for older people and with little children but sadly the buggy service is too limited and only offered fir check in and check out Request for buggy service at other times was turned down with the mere excuse of being busy. the WiFi in the property was also not great it had weak signals and we kept getting logged out frequently. Most basic activities fir kids like sand art, painting and steering a toy boat were not included in the all inclusive package and charged exorbitant rates.

The whole resort is a worthy experience. From the reception staff (Kubra), the cleaners, restaurant, entertainment team, all were helpful and shared a beautiful smile whenever they were providing a service.

The air-conditioning in the room was not user friendly. Also, more air-conditioning is needed at the open buffet area.

pretty much everything! the people, location, extensive facilities and selection of food are exceptional opportunities to do other activities like paragliding (must do) and diving

some of the a la carte restaurants could do with a little improvement in terms of quality of food. still very good, just possibly not worth the extra charge. rooms are a little dated.

we loved the location and facilities , but our Apple Watch got stolen from the room , which was something we did not expect. so that became a reason to not really enjoy the property as much!!

Absolutely everything! From the entrance to every corner of the resort it is perfect!

Maybe there could be a little bit more lights at night on the premises but the beautiful stars were making up for it.
