The owner, the bed comfort, the food, the neighborhood, the bird songs, the meal service. All very nicely done.

The bathroom fan could be more powerful to keep the condensation lower. Another towel bar would also help.

Everything, my husband and I spent a lovely long weekend at Silverstrands and couldn’t fault a thing, the guest house is spotlessly clean, in a fabulous location and the home cooked Scottish breakfast was delicious. There were no issues with parking which is a plus as can be difficult sometimes in the city, plenty of spaces outside the property. Kenny the owner is such a lovely man and takes the time to chat with his guests and offers a wealth of knowledge of things to do in the area and to top it off served breakfast each morning in his kilt, lovely Scottish touch. We will def be back😊

Silverstrands was a good base for my excursions in and around Inverness. 10/15 minute walk down in to the town and short drive to dual carriageway to all routes. I stayed in a small double, very clean & comfortable. En suite wasn't the biggest but was fine. Great choice for breakfast and parking right outside the property.

This place was really lovely. Extremely well appointed and clean. Friendly, helpful owner. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Great location for seeing the city and surrounding area.

The room was clean and tidy, host was very accommodating and friendly and makes a great breakfast. Big plate of food, as well. Plenty of parking and very close to city centre.

Checking in at 4:00pm (later than what expected)and then checking out at 10:00am (11:00 would of been better). A luggage stand would of been very helpful.

You cannot do better than being served a delicious breakfast by a Scotsman in a kilt!

Kevin, what a guy! Warm welcome! Really nice rooms, so clean and fresh. We had all we could ask for. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too, a little of everything to pick yourself and also cooked breakfast to choose from. And also to see Kevin wearing his kilt! Silverstrand is not far to walk to city center!

Very friendly and professional staff. Location was great. Walking distance to centre of Inverness and also just a couple of blocks to a great pub as well as excellent coffeeshop. Free parking on street with temporary permit is great.

It is a uphill walk from town to the accommodation. Someone smoked in the garden but it was not the fault of the owner.

The only thing that was not to our liking.....and it's not an issue....was that the T.V. was mounted on the wall to the left hand side of the room,making it difficult to view when in bed. This was NOT a major issue.
