Breakfast was outstanding. Staff on reception very welcoming. Hotel Rooms are a good standard.

The lounge was nice, it could be a bit more cosy and some atmosphere.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were happy to set up a terrace table (none were set as result of rain) for us. Exceptional quality of pillows and toiletries. Absolutely delighted to see a bank of electric car charging points all available - which i used. big tick!
a lift would have been nice. Perhaps not the most accessible property for those with a disability.

Room a bit tired, tiny shower, a hike carrying bags to the room and not really what we expected for the price we paid !

Kesgrave very disappoints us. Large comfortable rooms and good food. The staff are always friendly and keen to help.
There can be late noise from The Hanger if you’re staying in the main house.

Friendly helpful staff. Great room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The location was good and the Hotel grounds were beautiful. The bar had very good drinks and was not too expensive.
There wasn't anything that I did not like.

The walls are paper thin, while trying to sleep I could hear staff and other visitors pounding up the stairs and through the hallways and the phone from the next room kept going off
