The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's cozy, it feels like home. There are a lot of nearby shops. And it's literally in front of a bus stop (although we didn't use it).

It's a bit far from the city proper and there's no room with a tub.

The hotel staff made this stay for me. I’m sure they got tired of all thee free questions, but they never acted annoyed and always had the answers I needed (places to go, cost of things, etc). The room was nice and always heated. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station, but the neighborhood itself had everything I could think of (minus the tourist attractions). The spa was great and so reasonably priced. Somewhere I would stay again.

Nice place to stay. Comfort room pretty and clean, good restaurant on the first floor, small garden for the rest near hotel. No far from Metro stattion (about 15 minutes on foot). Good infrastructure around.

Good position for flying the day after. The Blonde lady with big lips is very helpful and nice.

Good location to spend night if you’re travelling from IEV airport in the morning .

Breakfast was cold, almost no options of hot meals.

The hotel is very far from the city center. The hotel is on the outskirts of Kiev near the airport. A bad choice to stay in as a tourist.. I left the hotel after two days due to its distance from the city and the difficulty and costs of transportation, although I booked and paid in advance for five days.. The hotel is good as a normal hotel and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. As a tourist, stay away from this hotel and do not believe in the location options: booking. Com
