Definitely, a hostel with character. It is an apartment on two levels, in great need of renovation, but what potential! The ceiling is particularly beautiful, the division of rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen are so functional. The garden has crazy charm. The balcony open to the park is the pleasure of the morning when the small market fills the air with the pleasant smell of fruit. The church bell ringing, the golden domes of the cathedral, the rocky shade of the trees, are aspects that conquer any traveler. Without hesitation, the hostel is recommended. It's an old building, in fact it's the oldest hostel in Varna. Hugh charm and ambiance for a small price that it's no reason to complain about anything. Best short sleep in the afternoon I've had in the last time.

Nice hostel, quiet but still central, lockers for your Backpack, close to supermarket and the beach. When you are looking for a hostel with hostel atmosphere, then this is the right location👍🌻👍

I have been a regular vistor of Yo-Ho hostel for the last years. The location is very central, just behind Varna theatre, across the Cathedral, with excellent transport links to the Central Bus Station and the Railway Station. Varna Central beach is c. 15 min away on foot. The staff is welcoming, the vibe is homely, it's open 24/7 and both location and hostel are safe. Once you've checked out of the room but have to wait for your train/bus for a few more hours, the staff is friendly enough to let you stay in the Common room and use the bathroom.

Didn't really like how the doorbell doesn't work. This would be hard for someone who doesn't use a smart phone

Excellent location. Room was private and cozy. From staff I only interacted with Via and she is super cool and friendly.

The toilets aren’t super clean. Room insulation wasn’t so good. I could hear a guy snoring in the next room
