The room was very good, spacious, modern, exceptionally clean & with a comfortable bed. The Host, Alberto was excellent ,extremely helpful and accommodating.

The host was so obliging and went over and beyond what was expected of him from booking in until we departed . He and his family ensured we were always comfortable and happy. The ability to sit outside under the trees on a balmy evening is also a reason to enjoy this property.

The room and barhroom was spotless and comfortable. Very quiet location close to centre. Continental breakfast was excellent,, good choice of pastries, juice spreads etc. Host was friendly

Great experience. Host is a treat - very positive man who cannot speak a word of English and with me not speaking a word of Italian, a lot of hand-waving going on but very enjoyable conversations. Room is perfect. Breakfast great and all-in-all a very positive experience.

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast, very clean rooms

The small room I had booked had major humidity and in turn really big mold issues on one wall and on the ceiling of the bathroom. This stuff is not healthy! Unfortunately this is a common situation in Italy, simply a result of not heating the room in wintertime. I requested and got another bigger room, which had less, but still significant mold on the wall. Moreover the heating was not working, eventually I got an electric heater. So clearly this is not recommended in wintertime where the utilization is likely low.

Well located, immaculately clean, ample breakfast, friendly and attentive host.
