The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel room itself is bright thanks to big windows and has a good size and layout. The bed comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful; especially the cleaning and room service staff - they are super attentive.

The room’s furniture is a bit worn out. And the room’s air was very very dry (as you cannot open the window).

Location is surrounded by food places so really convenient. The subway station is nearby. And there was a triple bedroom which we could not find due to last minute hotel booking. The staff were really helpful and friendly (helped us with a booking of taxi in the dawn for a trip, which saved us)

The room was really small, it was hard for three people to move around with a lot of luggage. Some trash were left without cleaning.

Breakfast lacking vegetarian items.

Staff on front desk has apologized for construction nearby, but it wasn't the problem. The room was dirty and the scent was... I can't describe it, but it's something around an old cats lady's dusty apartment. Plus the drunk neighbors's noises.

Location and reasonable price for the room

The tofu for breakfast was expired and the options were not worth the price. The location was fine but all the construction was not expected. When I booked the room, I should have been informed of all the construction for the time there. And the guests were loud around us making it difficult to sleep.

We stayed here twice within one trip and had a good experience. For the first stay, we paid for breakfast for the two mornings we were there and it was a nice buffet spread with yummy Korean and Western food options. For the second half of our trip, we opted out of breakfast as there were several restaurants close by such as KFC and Popeye's. The hotel is right by G-Valley mall which has many food spots, and is walking distance from two GS25 stores. There are quite a few other food spots that we didn't explore but as a more business area, you will not be short of food choices. It's about a 10 minutes or less walk to the Subway - Naver maps took us on a long roundabout route until we discovered a much easier walk so sometimes it helps to just go with your gut and explore a little bit. A huge transportation plus is the Airport Bus drops you off just across the road, and picks you up directly in front of the door so this is an easy straight drive option after a long flight that takes 1.5 to 2 hours (it goes to Incheon and Gimpo). You can ask the front desk staff and they'll give you a neat little printout with pickup times. The beds were comfortable, the desk was extremely convenient for work, the room was nice and cozy. It was a good stay overall.

The sponges they provided for bathing were a bit rough. This isn't the biggest issues but being used to wash cloths, the sponges weren't the most comfortable.

Super comfortable bed. Doona and pillows felt like I was sleeping in fluffy white clouds. Great sized TV. Good buffet breakfast. Close to numerous restaurants. 10 min walk to bus/tram stops. Airport shuttle at the hotel door.
