The apartment is great, nice decorated, with all you may need and Anita is a great host.

The location was good, bikes were free to use, so 10 minutes ride to the old town. Bakery, pharmacy and market less than 5 minutes away. Anita welcomed us when we arrived with lots of info, map and recommendations.

Great location, lovely apartment and really great to have use of the free bikes. Anita was so helpful.
Zadar is a fab place to visit.
That we had to leave and the weather meant we did not get to see the National Park.
We will return.

We had the deluxe studio, which had its own entrance, outdoor seating area and 2 bikes to use.
The studio came with a kitchen area (sink, 2 plate stove, kettle, microwave, toasties maker, fridge, pots, plates and utensils), a high bar style table & chairs, own bathroom with shower, a bed and couch.
The windows in the main room had Rollo shutters that kept the room nicely dark and a bit quieter during the night.
Lovely trees on the road with the birds singing in the morning and the nicest smelling shrub just outside the gate.
Anita was super friendly and helpful
The road could get a little noisy at times, but nothing too drastic.

Property was really clean!! Annita the Host was really niece and gave us tips of where to eat and what to do!! It’s a really good place to Stay once visit Zadar!

Nice place to visit Zadar! The old city centre is about a 20 minutes walk away and there are a few of restaurants near the small haven. In front of the door it's easy to find a parking spot and the rooms are spot-on what you can see on the pictures.
The best part was our host Anita who gave us some great insights for our sightseeing trip and made my girlfriend's birthday special like that!
There's a crowded street in front of the door but you can't hear anything unless you're outside

Nice and clean place, with a short walk (15 min) to the coast, 20-25min to the city. Nice and friendly host, to be recommended. Some nice restaurants are really close.
Heavy traffic on the street in front, but not disturbing at all and the appartments have back window.

Great value for money! Anita was the best host ever. She met us when we arrived and introduced us to the area and she was so helpful during our stay. The location is great near some nice stone beaches and the apartment had everything we needed.

Anita is a great host, she gave us a lot of useful information about the city and the main attractions. She also provided help with booking a taxi and gave some recommendations on the best places to eat. She is very approachable and helpful; answered all our questions promptly. The room was very clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need.

I didn't dislike anything but in future would book the deluxe studio as that has some outside space.

great location, close to beaches and services. newly renovated place. the host Anita was super kind and helpful. bikes provided to us were game changing to enjoy the city and reach the city center at night, which is 5 min far. I definitely recommend this place!

This clean and well-presented studio apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the old town as well as strolling to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful with good recommendations and the bikes were a lovely addition. The inside terrace provided extra space to relax. We enjoyed our stay here - thank you!
More outside space would have been a bonus

Anita, the host, was super friendly and helpful. She speaks very good English and gave me a lot of suggestions on where to go and what to see. She also organized the taxi to pick me up from the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the small kitchennette had all one would need. Two bikes were available.
I liked everything, but I do have a comment - the water heater in the bathroom is not superbig. I never ran out of hot water, but for a family of 2 or 3, who love long hot showers, this might become an issue.

Absolutely great interactions with Anita the landlord. She even brought us some good from her barbecue. She couldn´t be nicer. I would recommend Sara Residance to everyone.

The owner was super nice! She explained everything with regards to the appartment but also all the possibilities and best spots in the city and the beach.
She was extremely nice.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with plenty of space and immaculately clean.
The host Anita was lovely and welcoming.
We only stayed one night which was a shame as they are lovely appartments and would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing apartment in very good price.
Checkin was friendly, informative and nothing was a problem, very big plus for the bikes 🙂 It is located in a great position, easy walking distance to everything. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Anita, you are the best ❤️
