В целом я ехал в номер с большой ванной и получил номер с большой ванной. Огромный номер со столом, столиком у дивана, огромной кроватью. Нашлось место и посидеть, поработать и посмотреть на диванчике кино.

Из-за того что номер огромный, в конце октября он холодный. Пару напольных обогревателей не сильно с этим справляются. Холодильник почему-то от кока-колы - по сути холодильник из магазина ) Относительный минус - завтрак приносят в номер в указанное тобой время (правда 3 раза система дала сбой и приносили или в другое время, или вообще пришлось напоминать) и он прям один и тот же ( не считая разница между вареным яйцом и яичницой). По сути все минусы из серии "не такие уж и минусы за такие деньги", но все-таки )

Everything was perfect , cleaniness , staff , bathroom Best hotel i ever seen in yerevan , best location you acess everything in 5min and lowest price in taxi

The price to quality ratio is great - the room is very spacious and beautiful with comfy beds. Definitely the best room we had for this price in whole Armenia. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the swimming pool. The best thing you can have in hot Yerevan where you don’t want to get out before 6pm. Also the air con was working perfectly and it was essential.

It was right next to a very busy road so it was very loud inside. Ear plugs would be needed. Also you need a taxi to go anywhere from here, but it’s only about 3 euros to the cry center.

We took Extra bed for 3 years old child and it should be free but they changed us 30000AMD. No terrace or yard or garden, no where for relaxing or walking. Lots of damages in the building. No free bottle of water and even no supermarket to buy it around the hotel.

Leaking sealing, broken bed frame with nails sticking out ( very dangerous) , In poor condition internal doors, eg not closing bed room door, when closed not opening toilet door, broken windows, handles and locks missing on windows, insects everywhere, poor hygiene, poor quality breakfast, hazardous hallways and stairs, lift was from USSR era not working efficiently and actually spooky. staff not cleaning unless you leave the room key and ask them twice !!!!

Its staff were friendly.

Room facilities were almost non-existent; there was no Iron, hair drier, daily water bottles. The most annoying thing was its breakfast. The breakfast was not self-service and they everyday served us with the same food.
