Stylish Duplex with Stunning Private Courtyard in Dorsoduro
En este apartamento para no fumadores podrás disfrutar de la vela, del windsurf y de mucho más a muy poca distancia. El alojamiento está situado a 5 minutos de Campo Santa Margherita y Estación Marítima. Si te apetece ampliar tus horizontes y conocer lugares cercanos, estarás a 14 min a pie de la Estación de tren de Venezia Santa Lucia y a 14 min de la Venecia (XVQ-Estación de tren de Venezia Santa Lucia), de modo que coger el tren te resultará muy sencillo.
En este apartamento de 110 m² podrás relajarte en el jardín o tomarte algo en el porche o patio, ¡y no te olvides de servicios como los muebles de exterior! Cuando entres, conéctate al wifi o relájate frente a televisión de pantalla plana (dispone de videoteca). También hay un reproductor de DVD, un reproductor estéreo y un reproductor de CD.

Very easy to get to everything. Was nice to stay outside the heavy tourist zone to get away from the crowds.

We have some mixed reviews on this property. The early communication with the owner and property managers was great. There was a lot of helpful information on restaurants and activities left by the host. The size was good for four people (two adults and two teens). We visited in July, and the air conditioners were fantastic. The location was perfect for our family, in a quite neighborhood close to the canals, water taxis and restaurants, and there is a nice, well-supplied grocery store right around the corner.
The property was not as clean as we would have hoped. The walls and curtains had many dead mosquitos (there are TONS of mosquitos in Venice!) that looked like they had been there for a while. Also, there was no soap in the bathrooms or kitchen, but we were able to purchase some at the store nearby. There was also food left in the refrigerator that didn't seem to be left by the hosts.
Overall, it was a decent place for a really good price. The host may want to review the cleaning and preparation of the property between guests.

This is a lovely place, clean, good beds, good shower. Very quiet. It was very hot when we were there, air conditioning was life saving. Kitchen is well equipped. Patio very nice!!

This house was great. We had plenty of space and the house had everything you would need for your stay. The location was a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to anywhere one might want to go. The host was fantastic too. The shower was a little small but we all made it work. Thanks for a great visit!

The vrbo was clean and nice ! It’s in a great location and seemed very safe. Was not hard to get from a private water taxi. The trash takeout was a little confusing and it didn’t have a dryer. Other than that it was awesome ! I would stay again without a doubt.

The apartment was located in a quite neghborhood. The back patio was beautiful. We explored the area. Great shops and resturants. Grocery store was close. Loved the daily adventures in the city. Close to transportation. Would highly recommend staying there. Stay out of the crowds.

After a very long, rough travel day, it was a relief to reach the apartment. It is as advertised and met our expectations. Easy communication with the host. Short walk to bus and train, although the stepped bridges are challenging with large suitcases. Also convenient to supermarket and vaporetto, which you can take to St Marks and Giudecca. So, a good place to stay if you do not want to be in the middle of tourist central.

Had I been told earlier, to bring a can of mosquito spray would have been appreciated, other than that the accommodation was close to Water Taxis and walking distance to many restaurants & shops. My daughter had 12 mosquito stings.

This very clean and spacious apartment is fantastic!! All the comforts of home.The neighborhood is incredibly quiet. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay so we did not get to use the private patio but im sure it would have been great. Walking distance to everything!!! I highly recommend!!!

Great stay in Venice for few days.
Well located close to 10mins walk inking from piazzale Roma in a quiet area.
Only children from school are a bit noisy around 8h15 but it’s a good time to start visiting the area anyway.
Place is clean with a shower and 2 toilets and also close to campo margarita for shipping and restaurant, bar.
Really good communication with the owner and self checkin available for late arrival.

The quality of this property was very much overstated in the listing. The photos are old and does not accurately represent the current state of the property. The couches were falling apart, leaving us covered in flakes of plastic and the twin beds are very hard; not well suited for an adult. Our towels were thread thin and see through, leaving us longing for a cozy towel after a shower. However, we appreciated that the property was well stocked with cutlery, plates, pots and pans. Location was far from the busy areas which we appreciated and found plenty of dinner options and a grocery store was close by.

Although the property was all that was advertised, the 'waterbus' stop was not 'around the corner' as was described. Nearest public transport was a 15 min walk, nearly a mile - not good for me as I have mobility problems. Also there was a problem with booked transport to the airport to catch our flight home ( it did not turn up) We were told that the water-taxi owner's engine was not working. Which is all well and good, but why didn't he ring me to let me know or arrange for another taxi to collect us?
Not happy with this as we nearly missed our flight.
I didn't find the property manager very helpful in fact he made me feel 'a bit of a nuisance' but his team were more helpful and very nice. Other than that all was good.
The property was very comfortable although the tv had no signal, but we did use the CD to watch films of an evening when not out.

Relatively spacious apartment, good A/C, internet, beds were comfortable and private enclosed backyard. The hosts’s assistants were very helpful and provided good info about restaurants close to the apartment. Only complaint was 2 rolls of tp for family of 5 staying 4 nights.

The location qas close to everything. The AC was very appreciated and functioning very well which was great given the very hot weather.

This property was quaint and relaxing. It was close to the train station and a waterbus stop. There were nearby restaurants and sites to see. It also had a nice campo nearby.
The kitchen was well equipped and a toilet on the main level. We used the washer and hung our clothes out to dry. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were as expected, comfortable and clean.
Unexpectedly, we added two more friends a couple of weeks before arriving and albeit a little small for 6 adults, we enjoyed the flat. We paid a little more for the 2 extra people when we arrived. Our two friends used the sofa sleeper just fine, but the property comfortably sleeps four people.
Be sure to read about the recycling so you don't miss it.

Plenty of room to spread out and an amazing patio to use (when it's not too hot). Surprised at how big the apartment was. Location isn't central, but still easy enough to walk everywhere.

This apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the Santa Lucia station. It was clean and comfortable and equipped with AC!
Erika was a very responsive host and Irene made us feel at home when we arrived to check in.

The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy, and they let us drop off bags since we arrived earlier in the day. The location was quiet, but close to restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The outdoor area was a huge plus. We would happily stay at this property again.

This is a wonderful house and it comfortably slept four adults. The back courtyard is a bonus and is an extra room in nice weather. The kitchen is well furnished and we cooked in often. This is my second visit and I'm already planning my third.

Erica greeted us warmly and oriented us well. The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The weather was perfect so the patio was welcome. We really appreciated a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. We easily walked everywhere. We felt like locals.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you may need. Everything is new and immaculate. The beds are perfect! The patio is spacious and beautiful, an ideal place to relax outdoors with privacity.

Very much as shown on website. Clean and all we needed - Risotto tasted better than at home despite same cook! Found could not sit out due to Mosquitos. Dorsodouro a bit of a walk to our favourite haunts but strolls along the Zattere enjoyable and relaxing.

The apartment is in a quiet location but close to grocery stores, Santa Margherita and the Zattere. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. The 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths were perfect for our long stay. The gem was the courtyard garden. We spent much of our time there. I'll definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for two weeks this fall. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped, within easy reach of all the sites we wanted to visit in Venice.
