Excellent location, garage for the car, big bedroom, bed and bathroom, very helpful and kind staff Julia.

Housekeeping staffs done a very good job to keep my room clean everyday. The reception staffs very helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed till midnight, Julia was very patient to wait until my arrival.

the pressure of the shower, was low

The room was a good size and very clean. It was within a 10 min walk to the wall of the city (which is good). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Reception is down 2 flights of stairs that are not lit. It felt like the start of a horror movie as we descended down in the dark not knowing what to expect. There were never lights on in the stairway which can be extremely dangerous.

The villa consists of the rooms. There is nothing more.

The room we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. Location is very central while being also quiet so you wont be disturbed. The bed was super comfortable as well.

At 20EUR per night the parking seemed a bit expensive. A bit odd as a hotel. It is more like a small number of rooms and a reception which are part of a bigger building and adjacent to the parking. There are no facilities other than your room (e.g. no restaurant, lounge areas etc.). Not per se an issue but I guess worth keeping in mind ...

- Localtion, it is very central and gives access to most beautiful attractions in Split. - Staff, specially Julia, she is so friendly, helpful and informative. She showed us where and how to visit and helped us to find good local docotor for my baby

The location was great. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. I will definitely book with Guesthouse Villa Scalaria next time I travel to Split.

parking was in the hotel. property was very clean. staff was amazing. very helpful and nice. central location.

a/c did not cool one of the rooms as much as we wanted. we had three rooms total. loud bar music until 12am you could hear in two of the rooms (if it wasn’t for covid lockdown they may played until later which would be a bummer if you like to sleep).

Wonderful location just outside of the pedestrian-only area of old town. Parking for our rental car was in the public ramp, which shares the building with the Villa. Antonella (hope I'm spelling correctly) was our host, and she was wonderful. She met us at the street level so we knew where to park, recommended places to visit in the old town area, and was otherwise very helpful.

Absolutely perfect location with convenient drop off and pick up that was a few streets from the main hustle. My host was amazing and so very helpful. She allowed me to leave my luggage to explore for hours prior to leaving and offered me her restroom and showers right before my flight at no extra charge. Which was amazing given the heat of the day. The room was pristine and modern, very clean. Bed was very comfortable with fresh linens. Easy to come and go and quiet at night.
