Beautiful Georgian Apartment Located In The Heart Of The Old Town
Asignación de Vacaciones es parte de una elegante terraza de casas unifamiliares de estilo georgiano, ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad costera de Deal. Es en el primer y segundo pisos en habitaciones amplias, techos altos. El apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente y ahora combina maravillosamente sutiles colores de pintura con una mezcla ecléctica de muebles modernos y de época. Cuenta con una cocina contemporánea y cuarto de baño con un segundo lavabo de arriba. Se ha pintado suelos de madera y un delicioso primera ventanal piso en la gran sala de estar, con un asiento de la ventana en la que para sentarse y ver el mundo pasar. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 7 personas y cuenta con tres dormitorios - uno doble, un doble, una habitación individual y un sofá cama cómodo en la sala de estar. Desde el jardín, hay una serie de escaleras anchas que conducen a una terraza soleada y en en el espacioso primero piso de la cocina / comedor. Las escaleras a las habitaciones de la segunda planta son bastante empinadas, así que puede no ser adecuado para los ancianos o enfermos.

We are a family of three adults and we really enjoyed our stay here.
The appartment was clean, well equipped, spacious and homely.
Very centrally located on Deal High Street, great for access to the beach, shops and nightlife. This did mean some noise was experienced, particularly in the front bedroom that overlooked the High Street (it was very hot during our visit so the windows were open).
The host, Esme, was very helpful and provided all the information that we needed prior to arrival. Towels, cleaning products and some basic toiletries were provided.
The host did get in touch with us during our stay as the next door neighbours complained about us talking on the terrace late at night. This was fair as we'd not considered neighbours! The host delivered the message in a polite and friendly manner and we took the comments on board for the remainder of our stay.
We stay in Deal regularly but this is the first time we have booked self catering accommodation. It is definitely something we'd consider again.

We are a family of five and there was plenty of space for us. The location was great.

Beautiful Townhouse in Deal
I just came back from a weekend with my family in Deal and stayed in this gorgeous 2 floor apartment.
It had everything we needed, perfectly located in the old part of town a stones throw from the beach and great shops/ restaurants and bars near by. It was really close to the station where we took a train along the rest of the coastline. We also had a car and could park very nearby.
Everything in the house was clean and so well presented, lots of character. It included a log burner, an outside area, great kitchen facilities and lots of hot water.
I would highly recommend and hope to go back and stay again some time very soon.

Fantastic apartment in a great location
We very much enjoyed staying in Esmae’s lovely apartment... great space that felt homely with some lovely retro touches. Fantatsic location - so close to some lovely shops, bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting by the front window... watching the world go by... great for people watching!
We would definitely consider seeking out this lovely place when visiting the area in the future.

Really comfortable spacious accommodation
Stayed at this apartment with four other adults but with a large kitchen dining area, really comfy lounge and airy bedrooms we didn't feel at all crowded. Kitchen a well-equipped and sociable area. Deal has some interesting streets and some excellent shops and eateries.

Great property for 4 or 5 people to do the Kent coast
Great place - all mod cons, very clean and comfortable. Esme is a very friendly and helpful owner - everything was as expected or better.
We walked to seafront, pier, castle and restaurants in minutes. If you drive, parking is pay and display but not expensive, or you can park further away and walk a bit, and it's all easy/safe.
Deal is a beautiful English seaside town with pier, shingle beach etc. with great food and pubs. Very laid back. It's also not far to funfairs and amusement arcades (Margate etc.) or history/views (Dover etc.) or other stuff (Canterbury etc.).
We have had a really great few days - would recommend this apartment, and Deal, to anyone.

Very comfortable
Allotment Apartment was a brilliant place for us 5 tired mums to spend a weekend away from normality!!! It was spacious and comfortable, and well positioned for local shops and close to the beach. Free on street parking was relatively easy to find at a distance of about 5 mins walk. Esme, the owner was communicable by text if we had questions. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Thank you

Allotment: Deal, Kent
The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It was in a very good location with plenty of local amenities within a short walking distance.
Esme phoned and emailed with information for our stay and made communication very easy. The only thing that was slightly misleading was information about parking. There is no longer any free parking in Deal. It is either pay and display or residents' permit parking. Despite this, I would recommend the apartment.
