The breakfast was good, and the server was very polite. Also, the location was excellent.

The person in charge of the reception had a very negative attitude. Her favorite word was "No". When we arrived early , we asked if we could check in early. She said "No". Then we asked if we could change and put our bathing suits in the bathroom. Of course, she said "No". We insisted and then reluctantly she agreed. Finally, we asked if we could checkout 30 minutes later, and her response was "No", even though the hotel was empty. This kind of behavior is not appropriate in a place where a lot tourists go to enjoy their vacations.

The room and bathroom themselves were lovely

However you basically pay for a room in the middle of nowhere. It’s supposed to be a hotel, but there was no communication re check in other than telling us it was at 4. When we got there someone was there, no greeting, very cold and checked us in slowly and showed us the room. In two seconds the person then left in their car leaving us there, we didn’t even have time to ask for a corkscrew. There are no other facilities and no one to ask. There is a bar inside their breakfast area, wonder why since no one is there to man it. Can’t drink the water or anything. Next day they opened the breakfast area, worst eggs ever deep fried and raw and a few bits. We had to ask for tea and coffee. Not worth the money spent on this you can get lovely fully equipped cabins for less. Staff, service and facilities are non existent.

We liked everything, but there are a couple of things that could have been improved: - breakfast is missing some cerelas with yogurt and something warm (e.g. eggs or pancakes) - the hotel might need a bit more decoration in the terrace and the garden, and the land in front of the hotel could be a bit more taken care of - rooms could use a small fridge - the pillow is a bit thin, but I asked for another one and there was no problem

The hotel was really nice and with a lot of design and style. The room was large and confortable. The staff -Alberto and his wife- were exceptional! Breakfast was amazing!

Breakfast is served from 9:00 until 11:00 AM, but there should be little coffee machines in the rooms so that you could have some coffee when you wake up. Also, there should be a mini bar in the room. Pillows were not very nice. This should be improved significantly. There should be a couple of extra pillows in the room in case someone needs them. Although breakfast was amazing, it could be improved with some type of eggs (scrambled or boiled, something simple).
