Overall we thoroughly had a fantastic week at your place. Sum it up "Location, location, location". For the money what more could you ask for to be beach front. I will say it might be somewhat considered "dated" and could be spiffed up which would only help you get more rental money but my wife and I can't ask for any more. We plan on renting this every year as long as we can afford it.
If you want any recommendations I would add a nice level deck running to the front of the house that would get more actual use than the low in the dunes front. We did not use the outside of the house once because it was not attractive let alone very functional. Too many reviews focus on the negative but we like to see the glass 1/2 full. All in all we love love love our vacation on AMI and thank you so much for everything.

Perfect location. Very quiet. The views from inside and outside were great. Furniture and bedding were very comfy. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

This property was a perfect fit for my family. Perfect view of the beach and gulf. House was in good condition very clean, just a few minor things, they could use some better outdoor furniture, it would be nice to have broom or small vacuum to clean up sand. All in all Would recommend.

This is our second visit to this property (probably the last ). It needs TLC …lots of it . All out furniture was broken . Couldn’t enjoy the outside on the property!

Incredible views and close beach access make this rental perfect! Great location and access to the northern part of the island. Quiet and less busy than the lower beaches. Very pleased with this rental- totally recommend!

Great stay. View from the dining room table is all-world! Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry was great. Short walk to town. Loved it.
Could use some new beach chairs and umbrella.

This was our favorite beach house that we have had the opportunity the stay in! The beach is absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for a better location for the home. We took our two year old with us on the trip and being so close to the ocean made things so much easier for us throughout our time there. We could take her back for lunch and naps anytime we needed and had a perfect view through the large windows for us to dine next to or sit by while we waited for out little one to wake up and be ready for the beach again. We will definitely rent this home again on our next trip back to the island.

Our stay was amazing. The house was everything I expected although there was no onsite laundry. Every evening the sunset was amazing and you were able to watch it from inside the house which was great for my 70 yr. old mom.

We really enjoyed this house right on the beach! The location was also a convenient walk to the shops and restaurants on the North end of AMI. There were a few maintenance items that we relayed directly to the management company Vacasa that we hope are taken seriously and corrected asap to maintain this property. The home was clean and there were plenty of towels for our stay. We really liked having a washer and dryer to do a quick load of laundry. We ate out most of our meals so we never got a chance to use the grill or the kitchen to its full potential. We will stay here again next time we visit AMI.

We have rented this property for years since before Vacasa took over management. Property maintenance continues to decline and there have been problems with the locks for two years. My husband even repaired the TP holder this time (loose on the wall and TP roll kept falling off).

The location is unbeatable, but overall a little disappointed in the house. It’s close not only to the beach but local restaurants and shopping. Being able to walk to and from the beach makes bathroom breaks convenient when kids are involved. The beds were comfortable though the pillows could do with replacing, they were pretty flat. The bathroom door would not lock but luckily we were sharing with small kids, or is that unlucky? One of the living room windows couldn’t close all the way therefore was unable to be locked. There were a few other things that could do with fixing and updating such as broken tiles, poor water pressure, a shower door that fit the opening better and the like. In addition a deadbolt on the side door would have made us feel more secure. Although able to be locked from outside entry our two year old walked up to the door and opened it with ease from the inside. Overall a good place to stay due to location, could be great with a few fixes.

This cozy home is right on the beach. There are magnificent views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.
The home is very clean and comes with everything that you would need.
It's within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors.

Black mold growing in shower!
Someone else’s hair was all over the shower floor!
House was filthy!
AC did not work!
Property manager did not send anyone to fix AC and we had to buy bleach to clean the shower, sweep, and mop! The sheets were also unclean!
The air did not leave 81 degrees all week! MISERABLE!!!

This spot is amazing, the last home on the street with loads of beautiful views. Sand trail down to fluffy sands and warm crystal clear green/blue water. Adorable home, though small plenty of space to spread out. Nice and cool AC for a break from the sunshine, and extremely clean! A quick walk to shops, food, and pier. Definitely give this play a try.

Happy Beach Week
Beautiful weather for the entire week. Beach was very busy with long waits at the restaurants. Sure could have used a beach umbrella. The one provided at the house was broken. We couldn’t get in on arrival. The code would NOT work. Needed a local on-site person to handle phone calls, not somebody in North Carolina. FINALLY after phone calls back and forth, the lock box combo was given to us. Some compensation for the hassle would have been nice. The views could not be beat!!

The house was comfortable, cozy, and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. You can hear the ocean waves breaking on the beach from the house. There were some issues with getting into the house on check in day, neither of the locks worked. The street side door did not open at all, which is a safety issue, and would have made it easier to unload and load your vehicle.

Perfect Cottage
The dolphin watch was an amazing experience and comes with its perfect corner of the beach. The view from the dining area is absolutely perfect and the location is far enough from the main area (not too far) to enjoy the calling waves in the evening.

Perfect beach house
We truly enjoyed our family vacation at this adorable beach house. The location can’t be beat, right on the sand. Only downside is that there is a public beach access right next to the house so you have to keep shades down for privacy. The view from the dining room table is amazing and you can hear the waves crashing while you sleep.

Perfect Beach Views!
Beautiful beach views at a great property in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, renting bikes, and checking out shops. It was the perfect size for our family of three, but would also be suitable for four adults if you're up for sharing.
Would recommend to those staying in the future to bring a few extra trash bags, some additional dishwasher detergent (we had two packets for the week) if you plan on eating in with any frequency, and maybe some extra TP. The place was well-stocked with beach accessories and even a beach wagon when we stayed in October of 2020. The bathroom also had a hair-dryer, which was fantastic to not have to lug one along.
We'd absolutely stay here again for the views, accessibility to town, and beach access. It's a really sweet place, and AMI is such a homey little island.

Peace and quiet and clean.
Great location on the island, walk to everything. Beach is beautiful. Sunset amazing. Beautiful oceanfront restaurant just a short walk away. Everything is clean and fairly well kept & updated in the house. However, the BIG downside is the small double bed in the master and two single beds in the guest room with major shin-killer corners. They could spend the money to update those for sure. We will come back for the location. Rent a golf cart if you can and explore.

Overall a lovely little trip
I really loved this house. It's perfectly situated and the perfect size for just the two of us and our dog. It was clean and had more than enough towels.. Even though it rained for the first few days it was still beautiful even on a rainy day. Not a lot of postmates options on the Island BTW. I would come back in a heartbeat!

5 star views, 3 star house
Cozy modular home with lovely views. Had to clean up for 35 minutes before we settled. Front light bulb was out, tv in master room needs upgrading, you only get door code to front door and not side that leads to beach. Also, bring your some toilet paper as Vacasa property manager only provides one roll for your stay (no joke). Overall nice place with quick “shared” beach access. Watch where you park on AMI as lots of parking citations are issued to travelers.

This home was so quaint and perfect. The view alone for sunset was unbeatable! Loved that we could walk to many yummy spots, but was still in a quiet, safe area. Kitchen had everything we needed, my only feedback would be to consider leaving one cabinet empty for guests to store pantry items/ dry foods. House was incredibly clean and so comfortable! We are already looking at when we can return!!!!
