Great value and owner Lady was amazing she helped us so much and her communication with us was terrific.
The room is very small and not near restaurants.

The lady at the reception, Leidy, was extremely helpful and friendly. She made everything possible for us to have a good stay. Thank you!
The parking was limited and tricky to access due to the front road and the limited space. However, the Leidy really helped us with this.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good price, walking distance to the town of Monteverde.
Bathrooms (very clean!) have only the very basic so I would suggest you bring your own toiletries.
Could improve on the breakfast menu, which was included with our stay. Very limited parking ( room for only 2 cars).
Room #7 was a larger family room that can accommodate up to 6 people in it. It's the only one on the 2nd floor and the wind was very loud and blew all night, which kept us up. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this room during your stay.

It stated on the confirmation we could play on visa/MasterCard but disappointingly were told at the property it was only in cash. When enquiring further about paying with card we were given a price that was 31% higher to pay with card

The price-quality ratio for this hotel is amazing! The bedroom and bathroom are both quite large and very comfortable. Everything is super clean, the bed sleeps amazing, plenty of room to leave your stuff, there is a small fridge in the room and the shower is amazing. From our room we could watch a beautiful sunset and see the stars at night. Breakfast was good and the lady who runs the hostel was really friendly and helped us to book some tours.
The distance to the city center was 10 minutes by foot and you have to cross a hill on the way. For us this was not really a problem, but for people with mobility problems and no car this might be.

Really friendly, warm and helpful staff. Nice and large room, very proper. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Safe and private parking. we can really recommend the Mountain Faro B&B!

Not the property’s fault but on my last night, couldn’t sleep because of the loud snoring from the other room.

The stay at Faro B&B was such a great one! The room was really clean, the Wifi was great, and you had everything you‘d need for a short holiday.
The two women who are running this accommodation (at least I had the impression that it’s the two of them) were so nice and helpful; one of them organised everything, she explained all the things you could do in Monteverde and even reservated some tickets for us for a tour in a park.
The breakfast was good, too - some toast and scrambled eggs, as well as some fruit, orange juice and coffee.
I really recommend you to stay at this place if you are on a holiday in Monteverde, we definitely would do so again :-).

This homely B&B is situated on a hill just out of town. Nice rooms with excellent bed and fantastic shower. Very friendly staff who will help organize tours, etc. Good breakfast prepared in front of you. Small, personal, confortable.
