Clean , remote stunning location , parking , great facilities gorgeous warm shower , extremely gracious and warm hosts . What’s not to love about this please ….. intend to return at some point …. Tv and dvd great , local information provided and a nice bottle of wine and biscuits …. Now you will all get one lol …. Thanks for a great place to stay !!!

Possibly a little to remote for some but that’s really information for new lodgers to do there homework only . This for us was part of the charm with the wonderful nature around you when u wake up .

Fantastic accommodation, quiet area allowing relaxing evenings after hectic days fishing the chalk streams of Hampshire.

Loved that everything we needed for the week was provided even toilet roll. The place was spotless and comfortable and fitted with high quality furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The wine and biscuits were a lovely touch. Lovely setting beside woodland so ideal for birdwatching.

The tv was a bit small but to be fair there wasn't really anywhere to put a bigger one. Phone signal was a bit intermittent.

Cottage was very well appointed and it was great to have access to the garden, be able to BBQ, sit in the sunshine on comfortable garden chairs, etc. Constant hot water throughout, great shower, generous towels, comfortable lounge seating. Kitchen well equipped and everything worked. Owners very helpful. We enjoyed star gazing through the skylight from bed!

Bed mattress (foam type) had a ridge up the middle and would benefit renewing. We slept OK on our own sides but not great for 'cuddling'!

Location fabulous and easy to get to the new forest and other areas...really comfy apartment and w3ll equipped....everything was great...
