Everything was there we needed for a great stay. 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. Warm and cosy. Walking distance from town centre, easy to park outside

Great location, well equipped kitchen everything you need, comfy beds.

Confused about check out times it says 10am check out on booking.com and on confirmation and all the emails I received about access check in stated 1600 hours and vacating property 10.00am. But in property there is information notices stating you have to vacate the property by 9.00am. We did vacate at 9.00am as the cleaners where outside waiting to come in. I think this needs to be up dated on all relevant Booking sites as we were 4 adults and it was a bit of a downer rushing around this morning, I think anyone with children could struggle.

The location was excellent in a lovely stretch in the town centre. The kitchen was lively and fully stocked with utensils. There were lots of great instructions on where to go to eat out etc also. The bedrooms were lovely too.

The hallway and living room were very dark and in need of updating. The living room was very tired looking with well worn and marked seats. Lots of cobwebs everywhere and stains.

The flat was more spacious than expected - a decent size sitting room, double room with en suite, kitchen, utility area, shower / loo, and twin room at the back.

A light with a broken plug was plugged in to the wall socket behind a bed in the back bedroom - when I tried to plug in something else beside it, the plug sparked - so this was dangerous and should not have been left in this unsafe state of disrepair.

Accommodation was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Lighting in the main bedroom was dark.

Ideal location close to town centre

Location was great, flat had everything you need and a lovely book from the owners about all things local.

The back of the property (from the kitchen onwards) was cold 2nd shower room was cold and quite small The check out time was very early at 9am, 10am would have been better Could have been a second TV in one of the bedrooms On street parking was available but hard to find a spot on the street outside the property

heating timing was inconsistent- some nights no heating was on, others it was.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable, close to the centre of the action in Keswick. Although only 5 minutes walk from the centre, it was beautifully quiet.

Lack of a butter dish was the only omission from the house we could find!!

Handy layout, plenty of room. Nice location, easy stroll to town. On street parking but managed to park right outside every day. Might be busier in summer.

Thought twice about leaving feedback for fear of telling people about this fantastic accommodation as we may struggle to get booked in again once people realise how great it is. Extremely spacious two bedroomed and two bathroomed ground floor flat. Great property in excellent location. Very clean. Excellent wi-fi. Excellent facilities including furnishings, full cutlery drawer, trays, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lovely ornaments (nearly stole the lovely bike clock in lounge) very comfy seating and foot rests in lounge, and plenty of coat hangers (personal bug bear). Booked a week here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it exceeded our expectations at a really competitive price. Can’t wait to book up again.
