the floor was dirty and I found half a toe nail in my bed... i have picture evidence. My toe nails were painted and this wasn't.

Layout of the bathroom was very convenient; staff were helpful and friendly. The safe was big and easily accessible.
Coffee/tea options in the room felt a bit stingy with the choice/brand of available coffee and tea.

Noisy heating, even turned off, it keeps gurgling at least twice an hour

Bed sheets were not really clean, and the pillow cover was smelling a bit weird, bed looked comfortable but the smell made me think if they really changed that

All employees at the hotel , especially at the reception were really helpful. I would like to highlight the extraordinary customer focus and the support from the colleague in the afternoon shift at the reception, as he was a big help for us even with the charging problems of the electric car we had. On the top of that on a Sunday evening...

Their air conditioning system was malfunctioning, resulting in making afwul noises in the night and switching on/off. There were also problems (sewer smell) in the bathroom of 1 room.

Large, clean, nicely decorated rooms, we booked the room with the jacuzzi and it was great!
There were no flip-flops in the room, and there were no bath products for the Jacuzzi. Which is surprising in this price range.

Loved the upgrade in the hotel. Big change from 5 years ago when we stayed there. Very cozy, modern facilities.
The new restaurant was fantastic. Good addition.
Bathtub in the room is very nice but a little privacy is recomendable in that area.
