Betale fuld pris for at bo i en byggeplads, stillads på gangen og plastik på gulvet i gangen, der var kun redt seng til 1, vi så ikke noget personale mens vi var der.

Morgenmaden var fin nogle af tingene så lidt gamle ud. Det var ikke muligt at få ordentligt varmt vand i badet og der var ret beskidt på badeværelset. Hotellet lå godt, men Køge stinker.

Beliggenheden i Køge er ok, lidt støj fra banen og 2 store veje omkring hotel men tæt på vand, tog og byen.

Værelse med gulvtæppe, toilet fra 1980 og bad fra 1985, morgenmaden var meget sparsom, kold æg uden bacon og hent selv pålæg i køleskab - når man tager 1200 pr nat bør det være bedre. Alle i reception snakkede Engelsk og ikke Dansk

The rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable.

The late checkin via the computer is dysfunctional. We had a reservation for two rooms. After checking in for the first room, we could not access the reservation for the second room which was on the same booking code. And when calling the emergency number on the unmanned checkin desk, no one was answering during half an hour of attempts to be helped. By Googling we found another number to Zleep were a person answered and was able to help. It took us about an hour to get access to our two rooms. When checking in for the first room, we clicked on the option to get an additional key card. The machine spitted out its whole supply and then it shut down, in total nine cards. (Fortunately for other guests there was an additional checkin in screen.)
