The staff is amazing and very helpful.

I didn't like that the gym and pool can only be used if you are in certain rooms, yet when booking it shows that a fitness center and swimming pool are available. I also didn't like that the money I gave as a security fee, which was a different currency, was stamped onto the receipt. When the stamps were removed, the money had some holes, and I was wondering if it would be accepted when I got to use it back in the country where I live.

Good location

Confusing communications from the reception staff, some will ask for 100 Ringgit as a deposit for the rooms and another staff asked for 400 Ringgit!!!!. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and our check-in was at 3pm , that was very inconvenient especially we were in our journey to the hotel from 3 am. Despite our request for a consideration of an early check-in , the reception staff didn't seems to be sympathetic.

i Stayed with Capitol almost every trip to Kuala Lumpur. The Staffs are like family, and they do make sure that all guest are comfortable with their stay. Breakfast was alright. You get choices from english, to local. This hotel for me is like a second home.

I been coming to this hotel for over 10 years , I choose it for the amazing hospitality, but the location is ideal
