The room is ok for the money and well located.

The room is very small. I was able to barely move the chair back to sit on the desk, it was quite uncomfortable and I'm not a big fella. The Internet was useless, I had to use my own data because of poor or no connection with the hotel's wifi.

Good location for Jardin des plantes, short walk to SNCF, cathedral, castle and city centre. Good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops on Rue Marechal Joffre which is pedestrianised on weekend evenings and very popular. Noise from street until late at night on weekend. Steep windy stairs could be a problem for some.

The location is good and the staff were helpful in certain aspects.

They never gave internet. Let me put it this way, their internet doesn’t work. Imagine in this day and age. I couldn’t work from my room because of this.

Friendliness, personal and helpful

Very helpfull staff and very friendly. I asked if I could leave the bags after checking out if my travelplans were delayed and that was not a problem. Great service. The bed was comfy, the sheets clean and the shower nice and strong. The hotel is only five minutes walking from the station. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was woken up several times in the night by the neighbours in the hotel. So maybe the walls are too thin or the neighbours too loud. But all in all this was the only thing that bothered me. And in the end I did sleep well.

Very noisy. Couldn't sleep. People running up and down stairs all night, could have been staff.Mattress was not comfy.

Excellent location in a boho area with little cafés & eatery ! Reception and staff very helpfull and friendly , I shall be staying there from now on :-))) Good size room , very clean , excellent breakfast , all perfect thank you very much

pillows bit hard that all :-))) everything else was good what I call an easy human size hotel with good people :-))
