Good spacious room and a most excellent bathroom- both design and functionality were superb. The fact that there is an arrangement with the adjacent multi-storey car park is a treat. We have visited often, and we'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately the lovely coffee maker didn't work, and instead of drinking coffee I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning coffee grounds.

Warm welcome, attentive staff and flexible when something is needed. Very nice, quiet and comfortable room and great bathroom. In the breakfast room great staff too.

In the room we missed a main light in the middle of the room at the ceiling. Only bed side lights not sufficient, gets rather dark. Of course it is difficult to park and the multi-story car park is not cheap but we did use the discount, therefore thank you.

The rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings and parquet floor, very nice. Also, there is a walk-in wardrobe, which adds space to stow away stuff. The hotel has a basement gym that is spot clean and very well equipped for evening workouts and an associated sauna area. The spa is very relaxing after a day's work and not busy at all (I was only guest two evenings in a row). The breakfast seems to be catered by the next doo Schmitz brasserie and I was amazed that they provided a separate vegan breakfast buffet apart from the classical one. Location is directly at Waffenplatz with pubs, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Even a dscounter is right next to the hotel. Lovely stay!

The only thing that was a bit sad is that the rooms did not have any view. The bedroom was facing toward an inner courtyard with a massive white wall so that it always seemed like staring into fog when looking out of the window. Otherwise, all good.

Excellent staff at breakfast and nice breakfast. Very nice and spacious room.

No lift to the room outside the hotel and many stairs to reach the room. No parking included, expensive parking near hotel (€17,50 for just 1 night stay). Evening reception was not very customerfriendly.

although I asked about the possible noise at stadtfest ( which we were not aware of when booking and also weren't told by the hotel!) we were told it should be ok in the loft . well it wasn't and we didn't sleep two out of three nights . When approaching reception they responded that due to us booking via booking.com they could not do or compensate us for the inconvenience ! Naturally they could not switch off the loud noise ( and I found quite patronising to be told they couldn't ) but in my opinion atome kind of compensation or voucher for another stay or breakfast would have been appropriate to make up for this experience . He offered us an alcoholic drink though . II would have expected a little more costumer service .

We’ve stayed here before so we know the location and breakfast are good.

This time we were put into a very dark room that contrasted disproportionately with our first experience of this hotel. But reception listened to our comments and gave us a €30 discount.

Location perfect. Room was very clean. Staff is super nice. But no coffee maker was in the room.so ask for one. it's for free. Reception closes at late night, but the entrance is easy. Was a nice stay.
