Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen und die Matratzen waren bequem
Leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig, man kann alles hören. Das Bad ist Mega eng und es war keine Duschabtrennung vorhanden, sodass das eh schon kleine Bad auch noch unter Wasser stand. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und in einer Ecke am Fenster war auch schon Schimmel zu sehen. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht! Da wir für einen hohen Preis gebucht haben, dachten wir das Frühstück wäre mit im Preis enthalten.. Pustekuchen… 15€ soll man pro Person zahlen für eine sehr geringe Auswahl. Leider ist dieses Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

All the facilities were clean and tidy. My room was a little bit cramped but did the job. The bed was very comfy. The personal was really friendly. Desk for writing also available.
Literally no Sound isolation. Steps in the floor are partially made of wood and you hear everyone who goes up or down all day and night long. Walls are also not sound proof, you hear your neighbors clearly while talking. Not recommended for people with light sleep. The light in all the floor go automatically on. I had a room in which a small window trough the bath shines directly to my bed, no way of blocking it.

Very close to the train station and Lanxess Arena. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Perfect place to stay when in need of a bed at short notice. Really comfortable bed, cozy space and great bathroom facilities.
Maybe a little Duschgel in the shower would be nice :))

Superb location. 2 minutes to tram. Walk across bridge to cathedral about 15 minutes. Shops and cafe bars round the corner.
No shower curtain and coloured light bulbs in bathroom and corridor.

Ok, I had to book this hotel on short notice, just the day before, so I had to pay a bit. The location suited me perfectly. Nice area with all the options nearby.
A bit pricey I would say for the size of the room.

The room was very comfortable. There was a pillow top on the mattress that made it very comfortable. The train station is across the street. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, etc.
No hooks in the room, to hang a wet towel or your jacket.

Location: a quick walk from Cologne Deutz train station. Host very friendly and helpful. Early check-in much appreciated. And the rooms are updated with the latest amenities. Too bad I had to leave early and missed breakfast. Room was quite quiet. Courtyard looked very pleasant.
No elevator, but stairs not a big deal.

the room (on the ground floor) was not to well isolated, all noises from arriving/departing guests were very clearly audible. the good news is new soundproof doors are ordered and almost there... (next guests happy for sure)

Nice staff and very pleasant. Good location very easily accessible from Messe Deutz train station. Walking distance to convention centre and to the city. Supermarket nearby. Recently refurbished rooms with smart TV and plant was pleasant.
Bed was definitely not good. Mattress seemed to be falling off the bed. Blankets were far too thin and the one large pillow felt more like a blanket, very little neck support. Even with window closed lots of noise from the street coming in, and poor sound insulation from the rest of the hotel. No shower gel provided.

The room and the hotel in general was very clean and nice. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only problem was the noise from other rooms due to the aqustiques or the thiny walls, I am not sure. However, it is good comparing the price and other details. It fits good for solo travelers and for short stays.

Great location - everything is nearby(heart of Cologne), very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, whole place is renovated so it feels nice to be there.
Already talked to staff about minuses, so hopefully they will be fixed soon :)
