A fabulous location in Turin. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and transport. The staff were very helpful recommending places to eat. The room was an ok size and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Freezing cold water. No hot water in the shower. Awful. Avoid....do yourself a favour.

The best possible location, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, museums and shops nearby. Decent room size, clean towels and bedsheets. Good coffee for breakfast. That would be all, but it was enough for us.

Very poor breakfast - lots of things, but mostly packed, with tons of sugar and tasteless. Really nothing healthy, except for natural yoghurt. Reception area closed early, nobody there in the morning. The rooms was dark and sad and old, but clean.

I like the central location, and the hotel generally is always very clean and the staff friendly. It has to be said, the decor is now very dated, but it does not take away from its positive attributes.

The breakfast on previous visits has been better, fresher, and replenished quicker. I paid a e7 supplement for breakfast, but that said, including coffee, the breakfast probably represented good value for money. The electrical sockets in the room, when tried to plug something in, retreated into the wall. I reported this, and it is something that should be addressed with immediate effect. Some mould in shower sealant area. Could do with replacing.

The location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, bars and very easy access to public transportation. The Mole Antonelliana, and the Piazza Vittorio Veneto were about a 10 min walk away. The Piazza Vittorio Veneto is magical at night.

The receptionist on checkin was not welcoming at all. There was an obvious water leak and visible mold in our bathroom ceiling.

The location is great; everything on walking distance from the hotel. Torino is a great city. The staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning) is super nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Good price hotel. Many nice restaurants all around the hotel.

The hotel is very outdated. Carpets and walls are very old. Our airco could not be adjusted. No working wifi in upstairs room No working kitchenette, no pans and plates etc. Difficult to unload car when busy in street.

Everything was nice and easy staff were helpful and accommodated my late check in request due to a delayed flight.

Room wasn't the biggest but it's budget what can you say for 60 euros - was certainly big enough for the one night that I used it and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Only thing I would have liked would be to open the windows but the shutters prevented that. They more than made up for it with the buffet style breakfast.
