The hotel is very old and old

The location is quite good. The cleaning staff was very dedicated and did their job really well! The room was very spacious and well conditioned.

Firstly, breakfast was terrible. It was just a few slices of ham and cheese from a supermarket every morning. Additionally, they had boiled eggs, yougurts and jams. Nothing more was there. None of freshly made produce. I would not call it breakfast at all. Only coffee was good. Secondly, they mention that they have car parking. It is not true, the hotel itself doesn't have any parking. You just need to park on the nearby street. Thirdly, kitchen cutlery was absent. Only a few forks and knifes. I had to ask for glasses and plates. Once I asked for a bottle opener for wine and they didn't have it in a hotel at all. Additionally, they didn't have an ironing desk and iron was not available all the time.

Staff were particularly helpful and keen to help us when ever they could.

Great room and breakfast. Nice little location a little set back from the main town but still on the coastline.

The hotel is in a good position. Very clean. Very generous and varied breakfast and a good variety of gluten free products.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Milazzo.
